The location is very convenient for our purposes.

The front desk woman was very rude. I have never been treated that way by staff. But the other staffs were nice. The garbage in our room was full when we arrived, towels were not replaced during our 4 days of stay. One time we asked for 3 people but they only brought enough for two for one night. We only had one dishwasher soap. There wasn’t any sponge to wash dishes.

Was surprise that there was a 500.00 deposit and has been charged to our visa. Four days later and it has not been refunded. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Should not take this long.

I was checked into a room that wasn't finished being cleaned (the bedding was on the floor), the tv didn't work, it took a long time to be checked in and house cleaning randomly knocked before checkout the next day and asked if I was leaving that day. It seemed very unorganized.

Location is excellent.

the phone in the room had no labels, wanted to call the front desk thinking it was the first button, turned out to be 911 ?!? we checked out forgetting two blocks of cheese in the freezer ( one open, the other unopened in package). I returned to the font desk asking them for the room key 15 minutes after I checked out. I was shocked to go in the room and find out that the room was untouched ( messy bed, full garbage, everything exactly as we left the room except for the unopened cheese package in the freezer !!! disappeared!!). I know that a package of cheese is trivial but it is the concept!!! the house keeper rushed into the room when we checked out just to take what was left behind in good usable condition! I could understand what happened if I came back an hour later and the room was cleaned for the next guest but her act of speedy entry after the guest leaves without cleaning the room has only one explanation.

Restaurant was closed throughout our stay. No breakfast on offer.

The unit was spacious, clean and bright. The balcony was a bonus. The view was excellent.

The bathroom faucet was leaking on to the floor, and the toilet plugged.

The staff was very friendly and they helpful did they did the best they can to help me with my needs if someone wants to travel to mississauga I recommend to book a room at this hotel
