Clean room

Pool was overtaken by multiple hockey teams. The room across from us was loud and banging doors and partying even after being told to stop once staff did nothing and my daughters and I didn't sleep.

The room was clean and stocked with what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was great! Best waffle bar we have seen. Lots of toppings to choose from for the kids!

The pool was so busy they were booking 30 minutes at a time but we didn't know this. When I called to ask about the slide time they should really let you know to book ahead to avoid disappointed children.

Location was great

Place was a construction zone, kids weren't able to use water slide because they didn't have a life guard.

The fact that the room that was booked thru booking.com is NOT what was given when booking in.

We searched specifically for a hotel with a pool that would be entertaining for the children and parents. There was a large (heated room temperature) pool with a fabulous slide and a fun and personable lifeguard to make the experience even more comfortable and fun. Overall very pleased and will certainly book here again. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 10 and 5) in a single room with queen bed and sofa bed and we’re happy and comfortable for our one night stay!

It was beyond their control, people left with pool towels so towels were limited. People leave your pool towels!! :) Also my 5 year old was a few inches too short for the slide but all for safety so understandable :) keep the slide and the precautionary measures! :)

Thanks for the recommendation and discount to MIP which we really enjoyed!

Only complaint would be the water pressure for the shower. It's extremely difficult to wash long hair without some pressure.

The pull out mattress was unusable needed an air mattress .very disappointing that slide and hot tub where unusable only reason we booked that hotel

a little pricey but worth it

We booked mainly for the pool to give our child a mid way break on our trip more North and tire him out. He had a lot of fun at the pool. The breakfast was easy and staff were on top of refilling everything. Front desk staff were courteous.

We asked for a pack and play and received it with granola crumbs in it. There was a party across the hall and our baby cried all night because they kept slamming doors. My husband had to take her for a ride in the car at 3am. Noise complaints were made 3 times but they allowed them to party until 2am, at this point my baby was overtired and cranky. My entire family got 2 hours of sleep that night and had to drive 6 hours the next day to our final destination. The pool could also only be used for a half hour at a time by the time we got there. The next morning we asked to speak to a manager and we’re told there is none on site and we need to call on Monday, what a joke. I sent an email at 2:30am and have yet to receive a response. We were going somewhere remote and unable to call on Monday. We cancelled our stay on the way back and drove 12 hours straight because our stay on the way there was so terrible.

There were old socks in the fold out bed which I noticed while stretching Some honey or food sauce on the front of the couch that got on my pants when I first arrived

The fold out couch had an old sock hanging out from the bottom and a sticky substance on the front of it.
