Do not stay here. Facilities need to be refurbished. Should be labeled Motel.
The drapes were burned. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Broken exposed tiles on walls and floors. Walls were filthy. Had to turn in dirty towels to get new ones.

Room looked in bad shape, door was hard to open and shut. Constant trouble with the key card, wouldn't work most of the time and they try blaming it on the dog but the problem would happen even when the dog wasn't in the room. The lady has a bad attitude and is very rude. Housekeeping doesn't even stop by to see if anything was needed. There's also roaches and we had also found a nasty stale sock in one of the cabinets. No screen on window, parts of the floor were too soft to step on. Terrible experience.

upon arrival I was informed that my room I paid for in advance was rented out. staff was very rude, unfriendly, and extremely unprofessional. would not recommend to anyone.

Nothing to like, everything was dirty and nasty so many Pubic hair on the beds and the floors filthy
I had to go look at my rooms to see if they where clean and none of them where clean all dirty and broken, filthy beds sheets of other human hair.

nothing it was very dirty, had bugs in the shower, and walls were dirty, I didn’t even sit on the toilet, I had to squat..
everything the staff was rude ..

It was peaceful in the area
The hotel took my deposit. I was supposed to get back fifty and they charged me forty additional on top of the 84.53 I had paid they charge a forty dollar early check in fee which is not mentioned until you get there. I extended online for a day my room was not left messy and I had left clothes on the floor and when they returned my deposit it was ten dollars when it supposed to be fifty dollars I did not check in early but they charged me.

Everything, there was roaches , dirty rooms, rude stuff,
horrible costumer service. I booked for 3nights, next
morning i canceled the 2 days because there were roaches
. Costumer service wanted to charge me for early cancelation
There was no law about early cancelation . After 30 mins
they canceled 2rooms and i haven’t received my refund
yet. 3months are passed booking costumer service
doesn’t do anything, the worst service i have ever seen,
and my credit card was not able to solve the problem.
Don’t use booking.com that can be my advice .

Roaches that did not appear until evening.. then they were everywhere disgusting! Bathtub was worst I've ever seen, and I've seen many. Stayed for sleep, but got none due to tweekers on floor above me. Sounded like a construction zone for hours. This must be what a slumloard owns. Sad because it used to be a nice place back in the day. The Health Dept. needs to look into it, but later in the day when all the Roaches appear. !!!FUMIGATION IS DEFINITELY NEEDED!!!

They are roach infested and refused to refund me my money. They don’t clean their rooms very well. I have pictures and videos of how dirty it was. Poop on the walls, cigarette butts/trash/fingernails in ac units.
