The smell and dirty

No brkfast. Stores were close by. Staff were gòod at supplying me w/clean linen whn requested.
To hav vacuumed th laundry area for th customers better. Mattress needs to b replaced.(bad) power went out 1 nite. No info as to Y.

There was a roach on the wall when I entered the room. And the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be no smoking.
The place was unclean and bugs were present.

AND THE WORKERS THROW TRASH FROM THE STAIRS TO THE GROYND.

The bed
They laughed at me when I asked about Coffee or the fitness center. Drunk and stoned people coming and in going to adjacent rooms at all hours. Toilet barely flushed.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing, understanding, and patient. She was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel itself was average but the room was still dirty hair on the shower walls trash on floor and the bed was awful old broke down. The only new thing was the heater a/c and a cheap tv. Was not at all worth 100 deposit and 78 for the room

Dead ants on the walls as if they sprayed and didn't wipe them up after, ants in one of the beds, dirty feet prints in the shower tub, Heater didn't work , smelled like fried hair and caused smoke alarm to go off.

it’s quiet not a bad location staff was friendly
there were roaches it was not clean at all the bed blankets had stains broken mirrors holes in the wall floors not mopped

Didn’t like room at all. Room was in very poor condition. The floor had not been swept or mopped. Muddy footprints in bathroom. Black smeared on backside of bathroom door.
Same as above. Not clean at all. Had my small granddaughter with us and didn’t let her on the floor at all.
