Everything except the staff
Staff was rude and didn't care if you were with a kid. They want everyone to behave as a 50 yr old may be

Rooms for good and the little touches of cookies in the afternoon..
Our grandson cut his toe requiring 3 stitches from a tile not maintained near the hot tub.. these issues are a necessity to ensure no one gets hurt.
No recycling bins.. today every room should have that .

The location was great, there was lots of amenities in the area such as restaurants and gas stations.
the room was exceptionally clean, the pool and watersides were good and it also has a great continental breakfast.

The accessible bathroom wasn’t really accessible as the shower isn’t barrier free. Got someone who can’t walk a 5 or 6” threshold might as well be a wall!

Pet friendly, clean, quiet. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and no shortage of hot water. They had a water station set up during the day in the lobby with snacks. We didn’t wake up early enough for breakfast but sure that was probably good as well! We overslept & called the front desk for late check out half an hour before scheduled check out and it was not an issue at all. Very friendly, and accommodating staff. Will be first option next time getting a hotel in Saskatoon. Plus reasonably priced!

Everything was good. Disappointed there was no bacon for breakfast.
Less time checking in. It took about 45 minutes.

The man working the desk was amazing. He took care of all the customers and all their needs quickly in an emergency situation for myself and for another client he was amazing.

Spacious and clean room. Comfy beds.
I went on booking.com and called the front desk. website had a better price. Seemed awkward to tell her that I could get a better price elsewhere and she didn’t offer to match it.

How the front desk worker assumed me and my husband were party animals and said if we party in our room the damage wouldn't get returned, like ok first of all I don't drink and it's not okay to assume I'm an alcoholic for the color of my skin
