Front Desk Elizabeth was awesome, super helpful and genuine
My room the hearer was not working and was quite cold.
Elizabeth was very helpful and relocated my room for me without any issues

J'ai aimé la chambre, bien décoré. Le lit était confortable ! J'ai beaucoup aimé la piscine, super belle et beau décor ! Le spa est plaisant aussi et j'ai été dans le sauna. Les installations sont très bien et c'est très propre. C'était très bien insonorisé car j'ai bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était très bien aussi, il manquait cependant une bonne salade de fruits.. En gros, je recommande cet endroit pour la propreté de la chambre et des installations. La piscine est superbe ! Petit déjeuner très accommodant.
Le réceptionniste du soir devrait être un peu plus sympathique, un beau sourire franc et non forcé est de mise quand on travaille au public ! Un peu de diplomatie aussi ,c'est mieux, surtout quand 2 ados prennent la peine de dire à la réception que les portes de l'ascenseur fonctionnent pas bien et qu'ils se font quasiment accusés de les avoir brisées...

Staff was friendly, premises were always very clean, service was impeccable, pool was the perfect temperature, internet was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

There was a young man at the counter in the morning, who took the time to look up a mechanic's phone number for me, even though he had some guests waiting. He probably saved me about 1000.00 on my mechanic's bill. I will never stay anywhere else in St Jerome but at the Comfort Inn because of this young man's kindness.
The pool and jacuzzi were great and the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. A great stay!

Unfriendly welcome at the reception. The receptionist didnt accept 20 min early check-in without us paying 50$. We also add to beg to get two keycards for the room. Breakfast was horrible. Would expect much better for such a price.

The drain in the shower was blocked so taking a shower in your own dirty water is disgusting. Also the isolation is pretty bad kept hearing people in the hall.

Didn’t like that it was requested to give the housekeeping a tip, gave 5$ but it shouldn’t of been suggested at all, leave envelope that’s it

The bathroom exhaust fan was so loud, sounded like a broken muffler. and the outlet on for the night stand was broken. The morning breakfast was a mad house. there were more people than there is food, clearly they were under staffed.

Breakfast wasn’t that exciting, nothing much they had to offer , never get to try the eggs nor the sausages during my 3 days stay
The receptionist wasn’t too friendly and I would even go further to say that the young woman helping on Sunday afternoon and when we checked out was very biased . When I asked for the direction for the indoor pool she asked if I stay in the hotel and when I’m leaving. She never smiled , when I asked for an extra towel she threw it , just because I’m a colored person
