carpet & bed needs to be updated.

Why did you charge $336.58 from my Credit card without any explanation? I called but no one gave me straight answer why it was charged. I checked out just before 11 AM in person at the lobby on scheduled check out date and the charge was posted on 11:02 AM on the same date.

Location good, nice to see the Christmas decor along the boardwalk…. Love the quaint little shops.

Rooms with carpets are always dirty , stained carpets. The prices are high for a few nights stay and I we feel the carpets should be kept clean. The room itself was clean which was great. The beds are suppose to be queen but are more like double, and have seen their days, need replacing, uncomfortable. Other than that views and patio a plus.

What a great place. Located in the best possible place. Lucky enough to have the lake view (was NOT noisy at all) and a corner room.

Noisy families who allow children to use rooms and hallways as playgrounds but that's not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

Comfortable bed, coffee maker, wine glasses, mugs, fireplace, good fan, all adding up to a very nice stay! We'd come here again, next time we travel.

I should have asked if the room had a tub, rather than a shower with a curtain to keep water off the floor. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel was beautiful. The hot tub and pool was great. The restaurant was the best in Harrison. We had a great stay.

Room 309 shower was not working, Paid parking is ridiculous for guest. I was told upon check in that the early check in was 25 and then they charged $50 after check out.

Clean and roomy suite Great kitchenette, pet friendly

ALOT of stairs to get into property so due to husbands mobility issues we pretty much had to pay to park underground. Festival was going on so trying figure out how to get to property was difficult and time consuming.

The breakfast was very good all meals great

The receptionist on arrival was very helpful. Excellent location, pool and hot tub were a very nice addition.

Our only reason for the 1 nights stay was to swim in hot springs water. I discovered 3 nights prior to the visit this was closed except at the weekend. We were not informed of this by the hotel and when I rang to check if this was correct they knew about it. I requested to cancel, was told it would be discussed with the manager that they would email me either way. They did not do this. They would not let us cancel as it was then less than 3 days until our stay. We would have to pay the full amount. We planned this 3 yrs ago (cancelled due to Covid) so the trip was a complete waste of time on our journey from England.
