I like it was remote. And quiet. McDonald's isn't very far. I loved there was an awesome breakfast but I couldn't eat any cuz my kids slept in most of the time

There wasn't enough toiletries in the washroom. Was given on toilet paper roll.

The room was not serviced beds not made, garbage not removed coffee not replenished. I would not stay there again

I liked the location and the place was clean.

If there was some instruction on how adjust the AC that would have been better. I think the lobby and breakfast area would be more appealing if it had a nice paint job. Something I ate at breakfast (yoghurt of waffle) did not sit well with me all day. I had a Choice card, showed it and did not get a discount and your location or next day in Saskatoon. Maybe I will look around for other lodgings next time I travel.

Close to the edge of town

A window was open when I got to my room and the entire room stunk like marijuana smoke

Well maintained hotel in Prince Albert, it was easily accessible. We had two comfortable rooms with necessary amenities. Parking was close to the rooms and well lit.

Room walls seem to be not enough sound insulated, we could hear loud talks from outside late at night.

Wasn't provided room area asked, but clerk said that was the best he can do. I did get the main floor with exit right from the room, but he placed us in the corner. Not sure if this was good as where we had to park, there was a homeless man hanging around.

There was a total mix up with my reservation. I stopped to check in at noon but the person on the desk (apparently a trainee) said I couldn’t check in because the room wasn’t clean yet I explained that I didn’t want to go to the room, I just wanted to ensure I had a room as I wouldn’t be back til later. He assured me I did have a room. He apparently didn’t make a note. I had a renewed credit card and so the expiry date was different. The afternoon clerk tried to call me but wasn’t able to get me (my fault) so gave the room away. There were no other rooms in PA so we had to drive to Saskatoon for the night. We did stay there for the last two nights ( no other rooms in PA). I thought I should have been offered a discount but was not.

I left an item there and the staff were nice enough to put it aside for a local friend to pick up for me.

It doesn't matter which room you book on booking.com, the hotel will give you whatever room they feel like assigning. I booked a ground floor two-queen room and they tried to put us on the second floor. No elevator!

Hot breakfast was good for the most part.

Serving brown beans for breakfast was not very appealing. Breakfast area is very cramped, not a lot of room to move around and minimal seating. When checking in, it was a long wait. the person checking me in kept getting interrupted by the phone and kept taking the several phone calls over checking me in first.

was a bit loud at night

the front worker was on his phone for awhile, as we were ringing the door bell and when we tried checking in he was giving us difficulties and on his phone, providing no solutions and giving me a hard time. it was only when I contacted customer service myself is when action was done.
