Centrally located for what I needed

Was expecting breakfast at that price like the rest of the hotels charging that much. Overpriced

Close to airport, ferries, and near daughter’s home. Nice pool area. Restaurant is decent and is open early in AM and late in PM.

Highway a bit noisy for units facing it.

Easy check in. Pool. Clean room.

They didn't clean my room in between nights. Front desk staff wasn't overly helpful. Phone in room didn't work. For what the room cost should have at least had the room cleaned.

Very clean, pool was great, parking many options.

The hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms as well as the different hotel areas greatly exceeded our expectations. Every area of the hotel was very clean and modern. The pool area was a great plus during our trip.

Worst Experience ever, They were impolite and as I booked it from Booking.com and I got the breakfast coupon listed in booking.com, they didnt give me that. As well as, the rooms were in worst condition, didnt get all the amenities. At the end, I was double charged for my stay and I am stuck at this issue till now, didn't got my payment back till yet. I wont ever recommend you staying here.

There were no cups for the coffee machine, the bar fridge didn't work, there were no extra blankets and they had paper "curtains" that had been taped to the window frame. As we left for the evening, we let the lobby staff know about the cups, fridge, blanket and also asked for a kettle. She asked if they could go into the room and we said yes. Unfortunately, when we returned, none of the items had been addressed. Shortly after though, the front desk called to ask if they could bring us the items. He said he had knocked and called previously but clearly didn't get the message from the earlier co-worked we had spoken to. Even after delivering the items, we had to plug in the fridge ourselves only to find that it still never got cold/didn't work. As we prepared to go to bed, we found the following issues... The door to the bathroom didn't close properly (handle issue), the door to the bedroom didn't close properly (alignment issue), the "hot" water never made it above luke warm, the kettle's on/off switch was broken off, and the wind whistled thru the windows all night like some sort of haunted house. The only source of heat is the gigantic unit in the bedroom. Once the door is closed, the sitting room/eating area gets very cold, very quickly. Having LVF on concrete didn't help either. Also, the only phone was in the bedroom so if your spouse/kids have gone to bed, you can't go in and call the front desk without disturbing the occupants of the room. Lastly, the quality of work being done in the renovation is terrible. I took a number of pictures to record the shoddy workmanship of the supposedly "freshly renovated" room. This last point may be petty but whoever chose the orangy-brown hallway colours with black doors and trim should never work in design again. It felt like a 1970's 1 star hotel in the bowels of Texas. Given what we've seen so far, we will not be back.

The Hotel was under renovation and there was no pool or any facilities. I have 2 young kids and by the time we reached hotel we were tired and hungry. I wanted to cancel the hotel but it was too late. The elevator button on 3rd floor was zapping us every time we touched it. I informed the staff and they said it is common.

The staff were exceptional in customer service, the room was clean and neat, the beds were comfortable with the right amount of pillows. The hotel was close to all the necessary places that I needed to be with easy access off the highway. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travel in the area. There was renovation going on to the lobby when were were there, but don't let it stop you from enjoying the stay here.
