Excellent breakfasts

Breakfasts were professionally prepared and presented. Top quality organic foods were delicious. Host/chef Fernando takes great pride in offering guests exceptional food and service, and is most accommodating of any food allergies or dislikes. Seated at private tables but in the same room (or sheltered al fresco area) allows guests to greet one another and share experiences (bonus for us!). Home and gardens are spotless and eclectically decorated with treasures collected on our hosts many travels. Lovely en suite bedrooms offer comfy beds and crisp linens. Complimentary toiletries were of good quality. Hosts Fernando and Donna were most welcoming offering suggestions for dining and attractions, making reservations if so desired. Wifi was strong and reliable. Parking on site was also available. There was a lounge open to guests to relax in and/or watch television and complimentary tea or coffee was available at any time.

We couldn't find any fault with the B&B or the hosts or the experience.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and spent two nights at the Globetrotters B&B. We were absolutely blown away. It was an absolutely tremendous experience. The two breakfasts we had were spectacular. Hands down our first breakfast was the best French Toast we have ever had. Fernando shared a wealth of knowledge about the area and we really enjoyed just chatting with him over morning coffee. I would highly recommend Globetrotters B&B. We had the best experience we have ever had at a Bed and Breakfast.

The fantastic breakfast reviews definitely drew me to choose this BNB and it did not disappoint! You woke up in the morning - literally - to the smell of fresh croissants and coffee. Amazing! Served in the breakfast "nook" as the weather didn't allow for outdoor dining. Free parking on-site. Excellent WiFi. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Fresh jug of cold water in your room. Lovely turn down service. Friendly hosts that go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Hosts are very knowledgable and very helpful in providing suggestions for wineries and local restaurants/attractions to visit.

Due to the nature of Covid regulations, there were many common areas that were inaccessible for sitting or relaxing - which I imagine would be nice when permitted. As with most older houses, insulation and sound proofing is not as robust as in a hotel, so anything more than talking in a regular voice in your room will be considered loud and noisey. For anyone planning on staying up beyond 11pm and talking to their friends/family etc. you may want to consider alternate lodgings, or perhaps stay out at a restaurant or bar to socialize, then come back to the BNB to go to sleep. No tvs in the room (though that may have been stated in the listing - I can't remember). Was a little bit odd that there were no key locks on the door - just a chain on the inside. So when you leave your room, you can't lock it or the valuables inside it.

Very clean,beautiful rooms and the garden sitting areas are very relaxing and private.

We LOVED everything about it. Located in a quiet street which was exactly what we wanted. Fernando is a wonderful host,very attentive to our needs and it was a pleasure meeting him and his wife Donna. Breakfast was delicious out in the garden every morning (just tell Fernando the night before what time you would prefer) and they accommodate. I would highly recommend this B&B and we will definitely returned every summer without a doubt.

Clean, spacious, unique decor in a lovely home. Loved the organic locally made bath products. Chef quality breakfasts featuring local produce.

Nothing to dislike.

The property was exceptionally clean and quiet. Donna and Fernando were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfasts were all outstanding. Fernando is an excellent chef!!
