The hotel room was old and very outdated plus just dirty. There seemed to be people living there so the noise level above our room was an all night thing. Sounded like someone was running back and forth into the late hours.
The hotel was just nasty. And the security locks were barely bolted on

Honestly I didn’t like anything. The only good thing is that the hot water worked.
I’m not going to put them on blast and post the pictures but the room looks nothing as portrayed online. The room was dirty and though I accidentally booked a smoking room I was not expecting the comforter to have multiple burn holes. After showering I saw a roach in the bathroom then a few hours later I saw two baby roaches run across the TV stand. I was awaken by a pain in my neck only to find out that I was being bitten by a tick and I had to pull it off. This hotel though cheap, was not and is not fit for any type of living conditions.

The price was about the best you’ll find in the area.
The staff was horrible. I’m a US Navy veteran with an ESA that goes everywhere with me, except for work. On top of a few other things she’s trained to protect. One of the front desk clerks lived about me and her kids sounded like grown men wrestling and jumping off of furniture which caused my dog to bark. So a few days in they started making up rules and adding charges to my past days that I’d already paid for. So while I’m at work one day the manager sneaks into my room and is confronted by Liddy. Little did he know my son was in there with her. They put a letter on my door that night saying I left my dog unattended and not in the crate and I had to leave the premises after my current stay was up. I miss work that day to talk to the manager who wrote the letter and catch a gentleman sneaking into my room again. When I confront him and ask him if Brian, the manager, was there. He tells me no. He’s just helping the cleaning ladies. Low and behold this dude is Brian. I’ve caught people high as hell at work and they were still more professional than the staff here. I’ve made an appointment with an attorney to see if I have a discrimination lawsuit possible. You shouldn’t let people run a business who have no business knowledge and are dishonest enough to manipulate it for their own interest.

There was no food at all. They had 24hr coffee only, the pool advertised is NOT only closed but irreparable due to a pipe underneath. There was no ice available, the room was lacking furniture, had nowhere to put my laptop but the bed, wanted a hot shower but the level of filthy soap scum built up on the tub and scratched away at was too gross. The walls literally had wallpaper falling down, there was some reddish brown liquid that had dried on the wall....it was horrific.

The electrical wires exposed and clearly shorted out outlet that melted hairdryer let me know not only was it nasty it was a whole fire hazard too.

location
the property was disgusting. When we walked into the room and turn the light on roaches started running the paint or wallpaper was peeling off of the walls. The smell was horrendous it smelled like death. The building was not secured anyone could walk in the side entrance with no key. I came in for work and this was one of the closest hotels that was a reasonable price. I contact booking for a refund the contacted the property for a refund and they declined stating that I stayed there I didn’t even put my stuff down I wouldn’t stay here if it was my last option the streets are more cleaner!!

the location was great
the halls wreaked of cigarette smoke. the physical appearance of the hotel is NOT what is pictured here. It’s run down once you get past the lobby and snack machines. Paint was chipping on EVERYTHING there was visible rust in the bathroom. The tiles need to be cleaned in the bathroom

I like the fact then I did pay online saves time to get checked into the room. But I did never get to stay there because the very ill-tempered cashier and very rude cashier did not want to to even be at her job much less help a customer who already pay for the room find the correct name on her computer. I literally had to stand for 30 minutes it seemed like knocking on the door and calling the phone before anybody will come assist me I even walked Halfway Around the hotel trying to find someone to help me check in because I already paid for the room that I did not even get to stay in because she did not want to find a confirmation or her side of the computer
I did not like the fact that when she finally come down to take care of a customer which was me it seemed like she had to go out of her way to stop what she was doing which was sleeping I believe to assist me in checking into the room that I did not get to stay in because of her lack of intelligency customer service and customer service experience she must not even have at all. Please help me get my money back because it's not fair that I paid for a room and did not stay in it because her lack of enthusiasm to do her job my number is 919-339-7966 Darren O'Brien

I waited 10 to 15 minutes to get checked in. I got blamed for opening o locked entrance door when it was another person that opened it. The room we stayed in was cleaned ok but the hotel itself was dirty and it smells bad.

The roaches in the room the wall paper falling off it had a terrible smell the beds had fleas that ate me and my mother up there was no breakfast the celling had extreme water damage. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The only reason we stayed here was because we needed one night room because of my doctors appointments. If I was you I would just suck it up and pay the more money to get a 10x better hotel. The sanitation rating was a 90 and honestly it didn’t deserve a 90 what so ever the shower was BLACK. We will NEVER be going back to this hotel.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Filthy dirty!!! The bathtub hasn't been cleaned in years. Toilet was broken. Holes in doors, wallpaper peeling. Everything falling apart. Looked like a room from a horror movie.

It was very dirty and infested with roaches. It was just disgusting..

Sufficient parking space for my truck and trailer, but the positives and right there.
The stench of cigarettes and mold upon entering the building. The room smelled worse. There was vomit, cigarette, and perhaps blood stains on the carpet, cigarette Burns in the bedding, holes in the walls were fixtures had been removed but never never patched, wallpaper stained and moldy and feeling away from the wall.
TV remote barely worked and no closed captioning functionality. I am deaf so this is probably an ADA violation.
The room felt like it should have been condemned.
On top of all that I constantly worried about being mugged or my truck being vandalized.

Staff was great
Rooms carpet were stained and the room was damaged, smelly. Everything except the television was outdated, damaged or appeared dirty and grimy. Hallway was scary and poorly lit. It felt unsafe
2.0
Nothing. There was not a single redeeming quality.
I've slept on rocks softer than the bed. The entire place was a health hazard from the cigarette we found outside our room door to the drug deal happening outside to the loitering by the doors. I honestly was expecting to get mugged.
