Pet friendly

Tired property. Elevator out of order, appliances in breakfast room out of order. Carpeting old. Bathroom fan in room was filthy, shower nozzle was black with dirt. Overpriced but was our only option

elevator not working. and our room was on top floor

It was quite clean and there has definitely been upgrades done to the hotel. Breakfast was had a good variety.

The room did not have bedding for the pull out couch and only had 2 sets of towels even though our reservation clearly stated 2 kids and 2 adults. When we asked for bedding, they gave us 1 sheet and a bed spread. No pillows were available. The nail strip that holds the carpet down was sticking through the carpet and stabbed your feet when you walked through the room. These were in high traffic areas, not along walls and such. (Where entrance tiles transitioned to carpet, Around tiles of jacuzzi transitioning to carpet, walking out bed room to sitting room)

Elevator broken, pool closed, laundry didn’t work. Some lights in room didn’t work, squealing ac fan.

needed somewhere to stay, staff was friendly. sheets were soft and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature decent.

expensive for overall low quality. Bed was old and moved with every twitch. Tap water not drinkable. Breakfast had eggs and bacon and pre-made waffles. Toaster didn’t toast and coffee was mediocre. Elevator was broken (though staff was nice about it)

Noisy, couldn't sleep as there were kids hockey teams above me and. They were loud till 2 3 am. The room was so dirty in the drawers the Jacuzzie the whole room was sick

the location is very good. it’s always nice to have a continental breakfast as an option.

it really wasn’t that clean, it was priced rather high for how it presented itself.

the tv channels where not good at all.

Pleasant staff, room was quiet and clean, bed comfortable and everything (shower, tv, AC) worked properly. Room was equipped with a MW and mini fridge 🤗

it’s getting a little dated. cheap furnishings are starting to fall apart. Common area vents and ducts look dirty and dusty and should be cleaned.
