I liked that my room was beside the elevator (normally NOT a good thing) but in this case I did not hear the elevator nor people getting off and on throughout the night
I used booking.com to make the hotel bookings for 2 rooms and was told that my POINTS CARD could not be used as I had used a 3rd party to book the room.

We liked mostly everything. The place was clean and everyone was super friendly. Our breakfast was very good. The restaurant next door was nice, we didn't have to go far for supper.😀
Only problem we had was the on and off tap was very hard to turn it was stuck , but hey my hubby got it turned.

Really good breakfast and water pressure in the shower, staff were very nice
The room smelled like feet, one bed was completely broken, worst pillows ever, they were so flat. The staff were nice, the hotel itself isn't good at all. Oh and even if you book a room with 2 beds you only get one of each soap (shampoo, conditioner and one bar)

The attached Kelsey’s the friendly staff and a excellent breakfast
My pop exploded in the mini fridge….. apparently you can only adjust the temp by pulling out the refrigerator someone must have turn down the temp …. The staff where very helpfully and left a care package at my door

The staff was really nice and they have a great breakfast.
The pool is gross. So thick with chemicals. It hurt my eyes and throat. Smells like they use straight bleach in the pool

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is perfectly located and the staff was very friendly and professional. We loved the generous breakfast and found our room quiet and clean. Would definitely go back for a family trip!
The gym was definitely kind of akward and small. It could barely accommodate 3 trainers at the same time. Would have appreciated it to be also better indicated…

Free breakfast with standard items. Quiet location close to the event for the day. Shopping nearby. Clean room. Helpful staff. We did not need the fridge or microwave. Free tea in the lobby,
The room was a little crowded for wheelchair access. After moving a table, it was only just wide enough to get a wheelchair past the end of the bed.

The location was great for what I needed. The hotel staff were very helpful. Having a restaurant attached is amazing and the breakfast in the morning was also a nice bonus for getting something first thing before leaving.
The room has a smell to it. It smelled like pee so I'm going to assume that is because of pets. Next time I will ask if they have a room that has not had pets. I did not complain about it because it was late and I was tired but I will make sure I make a point of it when I check in next time. I have two more stays booked here this year.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very quiet. Nice large lot with treed areas for pets. Reasonable expectations for pets clearly stated. Cute little welcome package. Jetted tub! Breakfast too!
Some pieces of furniture could be touched up with touch up markers, some wallpaper was coming off under sink. Property is well taken care of though.

The front foyer and rooms were very clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The sink in the bathroom did not drain. I was surprised that was not noticed by cleaning staff

Bed was comfortable, breakfast wasn't bad, everything was clean. We asked for a room change and the staff was very accommodating. Everyone was friendly and pleasant.
The room was missing tissues, the fan from the heater was a little too loud for our liking to sleep, and the bathtub faucet was dripping the entire time we were there. There was no way to stop the dripping.

shower had some leaking issues, tv didn’t work well and reception wasn’t great.

The pool was too cold to swim. The hot tub was too hot. It was still fun to try them.

the bottom was not properly cleaned and there was dust in the room.
