Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff. A deserted indoor pool and whirlpool.

Poor shower water pressure. Lack of hand towel rail. Poor lighting. Just a hotel showing its age, I suppose.

Breakfast included and was good. Like the environment, quiet area.

Le personnel à l'acceuil était correct. Lorsque ma clé magnétique ne fonctionnait pas, le remplacement a été fait rapidement. La sélection pour le déjeuner était très bonne. La chambre était grande. La piscine était bien.

Personnellement, je trouvais l'espace pour manger le déjeuner très petit. Il y avait beaucoup de personnes lors de notre séjour et donc les places étaient limitées. En ce qui concerne la propreté, j'ai été déçue. Quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre d'hôtel, j'ai dû enlever l'eau qui était dans la baignoire. Ensuite j'ai lavé la baignoire. Je m'attendais à un meilleur service. Enfin, bien que l'hôtel accepte les animaux domestiques, il manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres. Je pouvais entendre le chien dans l'autre chambre.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are large, comfy, and clean. The staff is lovely and we love the pool and breakfast!

The only complaint I have is that the eggs were labeled “veggie omelet - no meat” and mine had ham in it. Thankfully I noticed before I took a bite but I would have been very upset had I eaten it. I don’t eat pork for my own personal reasons, but I imagine that someone who refrains from eating pork for religious reasons would have been even more upset by this. Just something to beware of, but the staff was helpful in ensuring I got a veggie omelet without the meat.

Breakfast and the staff preparing same. The girls are so friendly, caring and willing to advise of places to visit or eat. Jane at check-in is such an amazing, friendly part of your hotel. We keep returning a couple of times a year because of these people.

Us women come to enjoy our friendship, go out to dinner and do some shopping in the Barrie area. One thing that is a disappointment is the lack of seating out front. This time we actually tailgated on one of the girls vehicles. There is one "smoking" bench. I think another couple of benches or picnic tables should be added for the guests to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.
