Starbucks didn’t stay open late

I had booked a double bed room but after I checked in I realized that they had assigned us to a king bed room. They gave me the wrong room and they were not even willing to fix the issue. They over booked. The front desk staff were extremely rude as well and not accommodating.

The location is great; close to lots of family destinations.

Overbooked and understaffed. Booked a 2 queen; received a king with a pull out sofa. The sofa springs last were like sleeping on a bed of nails. Terrible night sleep. Parking ramp is an interesting concoction. Two vehicles cannot pass at the same time between levels. I just wouldn’t use this hotel again.

I had confirmation number arrived there end of night March 23th but reception stuff said your booking number is not here and I cannot gave you room until 1:30 Am we talked but noting and I have to reserved another at another hotel and left there. I got so bad experience in dubletree☹️

Hotel stuff, location

The hotel appears to be quite outdated and old. The toilet ceiling tile was falling down, the carpet was worn and torn, and there was an excessive amount of dust on the base of the lamp and in the air duct. I was disappointed with the quality of the room; it did not meet the standard expected of the DoubleTree brand.

Overall it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was dirty linen on both beds. We complained to housekeeping and they immediately came in stripped both beds Dow and replaced everything (including the mattress pads.

I like how polite the staff were and the location of the hotel. Also the hotel was very secure.

The desk beside the bed could have been closer to the bed.

From the parking to the rooms. It was a great experience. Made parking so much easier for us.

Loved the location. The staff of the restaurant was great. The pressure of the water of the shower was exceptional. Overall everything was good! Could stay again at this hotel.

Dinner menu, would have loved to have more options.

Perfect location and very high end feeling. They were having computer issues but the staff was excellent and helpful and got us into our room without a lot of wait.

Pool, staff, location, comfort..

The fact that you have to give 24 hours notice to get your room cleaned in the morning and new towels if needed. So, no coffee either for the next day. You have a small sign on the counter at the reception. Staff need to tell people this prior to arrival and you need to put it in Big bold letters on your reservations confirmations So people can see it and know that they need to call you ahead to get the room clean the day after you wake up from your stay. Ridiculous, especially a well-known chain of hotels. Even motels still do it. How do you charge more for less??

We loved the free cookies and water when checking in, we loved the rooftop pool and the games, we loved the location, we loved the restaurant inside the hotel, loved that there was a coffee spot inside, we loved that there was a grocery store right next door, the room was a good size & check out was easy!

The location was perfect for what we needed!

The room wasn’t clean as expected. The restaurant was not worth the value. Restaurant staff seemed like they were pushing through people with out proper care. We asked for condiments and other things, but never got delivered.

staff very friendly, beautiful lobby, room was clean and had a great view, pool and outdoor lounging area was very nice.

only two elevators were working with hundreds of guests trying to use them to check in, or especially out, as the case was on Sunday, was horrible. Waiting for an elevator took 10 minutes or more due to each elevator that stopped was full to max capacity. This was so disappointing. I work in a hospital and when an elevator is down, someone is there within hours to fix it. I would think with having three down out of a total of 5, it would be a main priority to have all elevators in working order.
