The place was a great location, very clean, breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The tub drained very slowly like it was stopped up.

This hotel is in a convenient location insofar as it is just off of a major highway, but not in an especially scenic area and you need to drive to restaurants, etc. That observation is not intended as criticism but rather to let readers know what to expect. The hotel is well run and the staff is friendly and efficient. We had a good sized suite at a reasonable value; the breakfasts were better than expected with a fair variety of selections available. The breakfast room was quite busy most of the time as it seems large groups stay at the hotel, but it was never overly crowded. Overall, a positive experience staying here and would recommend, especially for business travelers and those looking for a decent place to spend a night or two.

Again, not a criticism so much as a recommendation, i.e., if you know you are going to be out during certain hours it might be a good idea to coordinate with the cleaning staff to service your room during that time. (One day we came back around 4:00 pm and the room was not quite ready.)

The location was decent. The room was nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the selection of food was really nice. The food was delicious. The staff was on top of keeping everything filled and fresh. There were a lot of options when it came to having food delivered from restaurants. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast should be better, no options for halal food, they served omelet with Ham which is strictly not allowed religiously to us, they should have vegetarian omelet option also plus some options for kids, like healthy breakfast fry eggs, fries and there were no cereal like fruit loops, my daughter only wanted to eat that. Room view was great, but the bathroom wasn't up to the mark.

The hotel and my room was very clean. The breakfast was great and very well organized.

Someone pulled the fire alarm on my last day there. I wished the staff would have been better with communicating what was going on.

Convenient to Evanston, near restaurants @ Westfield mall. Has an indoor pool and free breakfast. Friendly front desk staff.

Noisy neighbors, pool too small to accommodate everyone wanting to swim, pool was out of service on our 2nd day. Bathroom door squeaked/got stuck when opening and closing. No fan for bathroom.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very clean also.

Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet, and the place was clean. I liked the selection of herbal teas that were available, too.

The breakfast was decent but not great. There was no jacuzzi.

The room was nicely furnished and absolutely spotless. Easy to sleep at night with dark shades on the window and extreme quietness. Breakfast was awesome and the dining area was way above average. All the staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. This was our third stay at this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

Just one tiny thing: The cheapy see-thru toilet tissue has to go. A nice hotel at this price should be spending a few cents more per roll on some decent toilet paper.
