Quite noisy. Could clearly hear outside conversations and very heavy and late and early morning jumping feet from upstairs!

We will book here in future. We were turned around by wildfires an hour from Hinton. We called at 7:30 and the motel graciously accepted our cancellation without any charges. Thank you. Glenn

We stayed in the loft suite. The kids took the king bed and upstairs bathroom!!! Yes there were two! The place was very quiet for people noise but you could hear the highway. A breakfast was provided in the morning.
It felt a bit grimy...things were clean enough but the old stale smoke smell and the molding in the bathrooms just made it feel they could have used a little bit more elbow grease in between guests. The breakfast was basic but had no flavor.

Room was good, didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans. Location was excellent. Access and egress to highway and other business good.
The vents on the floor heaters were not clean? Parking lot full of pick-up trucks.

When checking in the attendant noticed my wife had recently had knee surgery. She wanted to give us the handicap room but noticed we were 3 adults and there was only one bed. At the same time she insured we had a ground floor room. Very impressed with personal service.

No breakfast, covid protocols. The room was quiet considering we were across from the highway.

The room was spacious and relatively clean. It smelled like smoke but was listed as a non smoking room
The ashtray and pails along the balcony directly in front of non smoking rooms were not a welcome site. There were cigarette butts on numerous stairs that led to our room. There were hundreds of cigarette butt throughout the parking spots. We arrived on a Friday and some of the butts were picked up Sunday morning.

The Lakeview inn and suites was located beside a lovely restaurant called Milo’s Grill in the same parking lot. We visited every single day for breakfast, to lunch, snacks, coffee and late night shots! The hotel was very clean, and felt safe. We enjoyed the outdoor access to our room and how close we were located to other places in town. (Only an hour away from Jasper) We stayed in a loft and it was very spacious, 2 baths, 2 beds, and a kitchenette!! I went with a group of friends but it would also be perfect for a family of 4-5. Very affordable and reasonable price for what we received. I would stay here again!
The loft was kinda dark, and lighting could of been better. Also no remote to turn off upstairs fan so it got kinda chilly at bedtime!
