Very clean and close to all amenities.

The big jacuzzi tub. The location of the room. My visitors did not have to interact with staff which were very rude.

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTTEL 3 TIMES BEFORE SAME ROOM EVERY RIME ALWAYS FOR BUSINESS I WORK FROM HONE. SO A MEETING WITH A CLIENT I CAN DO AT HONE WHICH I NORMALLY DO. ONCE A MONTH I STAY AT A HOTEL IN MY OWN TOWN FOR 2 REASPNS. 1 MY APARTMENT IS FULL OF BLAVK MOLD AND HAVE STAGE 2 MOLD POISONING. AND 2 I CALL UT A STAYCATION. I BOOKED THESE LAST 2 NIGHTS ONLY TO GET THERE AND BE TOLD I WAS BLACKLISTED!! I WAS SHOCKED VERY ANGRT ASKED WHY AND WAS NOT GIVEN AN ANSERR I DEMANDED MONEY BACK OR TO SPEAK TO MANAGER . I SPOKE TO MANAGER I WAS ACCUSED OF SPILLING COFFEE ALL OVER THE PLAVE. I DONT DRINK COFFEE. ALSO I CLEAN UP WHATEVER MESS WAS MADE. FINALLY I PAID A 200 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. I VIDEO TAPES THE ROOM BEFORE AND AFTER MY STAY . AND AS USUAL NOTHING ABNORMAL. HOWEVER THE WHOLE TIME IBWAS THERE IBWAS GIVEN ATTITUDE. BY THE ONLY WOMAN AT THE FRONT DEK. I CANT PRONOUNCE HER NAME. AND SHE NEVER TOLD IT TO ME. NO BREAKFST . I BROGHT HER A NOTE ASKING FORBMORE TOWELS AND GARBAGE BAG AND CUPS WITH A $5 TIP. I ALSO HAD THE GARBAGES TIED OFF AND JUSY OUTSIDE THE DOOR FOR HOUSEKEEPING . SHE SAID WE DOBT NEED UR CASH. ISAID "mam it's a tip!! I used to be a housekeeper!" Anyways she gave it back to me got me my stuff . When it was check out time I said cone and look at the room now while I'm here she did and said hmm fine. I said put the 200 back on my card now. > my friend had just died of cancer at 25 so planning next steps. I was born and raised in this town. And will never return to this place . There attitude is terrible and I kbow none of the staff an will not tolerate anyone lieing about me. Therefor if anyone asks about this place I will just say . I wouldn't. Thank you jade forth

I called office to find out pass code for internet she said it I informed her I couldn’t understand her answer and so she hung up on me

location was good and it was clean

upon arrival our room was freezing. I came with my husband and small child and it took over 2 hours for the room to warm up. also the electricity went out a couple of times which was quite annoying especially when it was so cold out.

Good value for the money.

they advertise for free breakfast, yet don’t offer it. when asked, they said it will hopefully be up and running by January. It would be better to remove the “free breakfast” from their sign (outdoors) because it is deceiving.
