Staff including housekeeping and those at the front desk. Parking garage area is not well lit. Weed smell as you enter the lobby during certain hours of the day. No room service.

The pool was closed and that was the main reason for the booking

The elevator had hand prints like it was never cleaned. The floors were not vacuum, and the room it was disgusting the bathroom toilet had brown stuff on the seat. The shower had soap scum on the walls. The rug in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. It was very dusty, and the cover was just put on the bed. The bed was not made under the covers. It's was bad. I won't go back for a second stay.

The heat was not working I slept fully dressed with my coat on. Front desk was rude and inconsiderate. They had to bring me a space heater.

The location was great and close to a lot of places. The pool and whirlpool were nice. The bed was a bit firm, but overall comfortable.

Had a bit of trouble getting into the room with the key card, like the lock was jammed, and the sofa bed mattress had a really large dip in it, making it uncomfortable.

The bar staff were very nice, and made great cocktails.... and were very apologetic when we had to order food for the rooms from the bar due to "covid regs" thus room service is still not happening - in June 2023!!!

This is an old hotel... it needs a little TLC. But the fact that the hotel still does not clean rooms everyday nor make up beds with out guests needing to request... due to "Covid regulations" in June 2023... is simply staggering.

Pool water was a little cloudy - hair from others swimming caught in fingers. Staff very responsive to replace towels when told were out

the bed was so comfortable. the good downstairs was great. I was there for a funeral so I was not in the greatest of spirits. given my circumstances, I had a “good” time.

the shower was stained (floor of the shower). there was hardly any room to keep shampoo/soap in the shower. this is a very minor complaint. the walls between the rooms were very thin, but thankfully I had quiet neighbors.

it has great amenities

the room wasn’t cleaned at all in the week stay no clean towels , broken heating system. No cover fir duvet only sheet !
