The room was very large and comfortable and check-in was pleasant.

Very noisy air conditioning unit that didn't let us sleep. Also, the check-in staff neglected to tell us that the water was shut off for maintenance -- no water in the hotel for an hour. No hair dryer in the room and none delivered after I called down. I had to go downstairs and ask for one in person as I had an event to attend. Vegan options at breakfast would have been appreciated.

Location if perfect when visiting our son at UCF. There are a lot of restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc in short driving distance. Hotel is in excellent conditions, staff is corteous and prompt, rooms are in very good conditions, breakfast is very good and constantly replished, pool was clean and we felt safe in the area.

Lights on bathroom and room are not good (not bright enough). Pillows are way too soft but in general an excellent options besides these two minor details.

The room and property are very clean. the room was very comfortable and the staff is very nice. Also nice breakfast. Excellent location.

 From the moment I checked in the staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and the beds were very comfortable to the point where I had a hard time waking up in the morning.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and the pool temperature was perfect! There is a wide spread of breakfast options and coffee available all day. I was extremely comfortable here and will DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone and return is I’m ever back in the area!!

The breakfast had a variety of choices. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is near to many shopping store, restaurants, and 15 mins away from UF

Even though I said that I lost my father during my holiday, they didn’t care. They didn’t offer any alternative at all. Very insensitive management!

Breakfast was very nice, clean, and comfortable

Airconditioner was very loud. Was awakened several times, even with sleep aides. Barn style bathroom door was very difficult to operate.
