Le petit déjeuner était correct, la literie est bonne, l'emplacement bof.

Ils ont annulé ma réservation le jour même de mon arrivée, nous sommes arrivés de france avec ma famille après 25h sans dormir. Il mon annoncer désolé nous avons eu un beug informatique, on a annulé votre réservation de 465€ pour 5j que booking a encaisser et derrière il m'ont annoncé 1200 € si je voulais la chambre. Je trouve ça honteux, c'est une arnaque on est pris au piège.

I liked the location from Target and Costco.

I wish the breakfast could have offered more options with less sugar. Maybe plain yogurt and some berries and granola.

Convenience of fitness center. Staff very accommodating. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was surprisingly extensive. Parking close to building and easy to get to. Good location.

The price is more than we had wanted to pay for one night in the area. But since we had tried another place down the street prior to this stay, we knew there were no other options in the area. Ultimately, it was a good choice!

check in was pleasant and easy

we were there for 2 nights. We had a planned lunch at 12:30 on Saturday so we hung out in our room until noon, with the do not disturb tag on our door. We took it off the door when we left. Upon return at roughly 3pm, the room had not been serviced. I asked the front desk and was advised that housekeeping takes a walk through upon arrival and if the do not disturb placard is on the door, they won't service the room. Further, I was advised the staff does not make a second trip to see if rooms needed to be serviced. I understand now, after the fact. We were NOT advised of this practice upon check-in. The front desk NEEDS to advise guests of this practice. What made things worse was there were still many housekeeping staff members making up rooms. Very frustrating. I can live with the practice if I know in advance. Breakfast was mediocre.

The fresh coffee around the clock was a nice treat. You feel safe and a lot of food options. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything was perfect. I’ll continue to book here.

The beds had been made but were slept in sheets were creased as when someone passes a night sleeping when called down to complain no one answered the phone. Everytime I had stopped by the desk someone seemed to make themselves busy with nothing I mean for goodness sake its 5pm not a person in site snd a two by nothing inn.Address the person at the desk. Sfter that incident with a guy named Mustafa made the best of it was only there by mistake and for a 3 day period.
