I love that our room was on the first floor.

My booking description was refrigerator and microwave but my room did not have a microwave :( No walking space the rooms are to compact for the price. The restroom was a good size. If someone is sitting on the chair at the table no space to walk through.. not enough towels.

The staff was nice and as helpful as possible- given the circumstances. The breakfast buffet was nice and facilities were clean.

My biggest complaint is that I booked a room that was advertised as having 2 Queen sized beds. I get to the hotel only to be told that they do not have rooms with 2 Queens. When I told them it was false advertisement, they blamed it on the third party system, Booking.com. I told them that they should be responsible for correcting what is posted on a sight that is booking rooms on their behalf. I ended up paying for an extra room to meet our accommodation needs, and they never took ownership of my complaint. I did get a discount for the room, but it was not substantial in my view. Also, every time the hotel elevator ran, we could hear it very loudly in our room. With all of the other hotels within steps of this hotel, I would probably choose another place to stay. I normally really enjoy Hampton Inn and Suites, but this one didn't do it for me.

Everything was great breakfast, pool , employees were fantastic.. the orange juice was great bacon crispy great selection..

My bed keep sliding away from the wall .. every time I sat on the bed to get in .. but I didn’t complain..
