The property was decent and suited the needs. Best part was the sit down breakfast in the morning in the restaurant with a server.

Nothing. We didn't get to stay there
I booked my reservation on Booking.com. The site did not inform me that the hotel would only accept a credit card for security. I do not have one (my visa debit was not satisfactory but I have had other hotels lock funds in my acct for security) and they would not accept a cash security deposit. I will be more diligent next time but I will never stay there again

Was clean and very friendly, loved that it had a restaurant in the motel.
That their keys on the door were not working. Someone had to bring us to our room every time we came back to our room. We didn't even get a discount or any bouns because of this awkwardness!

Some of the property is a bit rundown needs repair but overall fine. Could be better value a bit pricey would be better if breakfast was included.

This was supposed Best Western Plus. Room was small but okay…bathroom old and dated…towels were super cheap… bed was comfortable…and clean. However, at $330 for one night not including breakfast, a motel would have been a much better deal. Poor value for money that’s for sure.

Clean, spacious room. Decent food at the restaurant. Helpful staff.
No soap tray in shower. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No elevator to our floor.
Called restaurant at 8pm to see what time they closed and they said 10pm. Went for food at 9pm and they told us they closed the kitchen early. It was Thanksgiving and no restaurants in the area were open. They really let us down.

Visited on Sat. and Sunday so NO breakfast .. but the forewarning was appreciated .
Access by stairs was unpleasant ..... you maybe should warn folks that that could happen ...we were able to navigate well , but IF the luggage had been heavier, it would have been VERY unpleasant .

The outdoor pool was to shallow otherwise is a good size pool.
