Breakfast was good but the area was too crowded. They could have organized better. Rooms were spacious

Internet was too slow. They didn’t refill the bathroom tissue in our room when we checked in.

1. Location Location Location (it is right next to Tim Hortons, Esso & less than 3 kms from Walmart & all major restaurants). 2. Ample parking is available on site 3. Staff is friendly & very helpful 4. Free Basic Continental Breakfast (starts at 6 AM every day) 5. Microwave & Refrigerator is available 6. No road noise despite being on intersection 7. Continental Breakfast spread includes (not exhaustive list) = 2/3 types of bread slices, Boiled eggs, 1 type of coffee, 1 type of tea, 3 types of corn flakes, 2 types of cold juices, 1 cold milk, 1 hot skimmed milk, bananas, flavored yogurt, salted butter, jam, Waffle Maker + Dough, 1 type of donut bread, etc.

1. Hotel may not follow the request to provide adjacent rooms even if rooms are available 2. During check-in confirm that the room has been properly cleaned

Easy to get too and close to amenities

The air conditioner was very Loud and vibrated the beds.

the location is excellent and the concierge was very friendly

the dirty mirrors one of the beds looked like someone had slept on it the dirty television the cabinet where the iron is dirty
