They overbooked and sent us to another hotel that was not able to accommodate us.

Not overbook

The property was nice and clean, but we didn’t have a fridge and microwave which was wild considering I paid an exorbitant amount for a mediocre stay.

The amount of noise, partying, yelling, fighting, and slamming of doors from the surrounding guests made this the absolute WORST possible stay of my life. I specifically chose this hotel because it was described as being family friendly but it was far from it. I got ZERO sleep in my nights there because of the partying going on around us. Definitely WORST experience of all my hotel stays.

My reservation with Booking.com included a parking fee of $36 dollars That I could not get rid of when I made my reservation : but I hope I could get the the hotel to credit me $36 before I took the room since I did not have a car to park But they said I had made my reservation with Booking and I needed to take it up with them, in the end neither would take responsibility for stealing $36 dollars from me.

lobby smelled strange

Front desk people tried to accommodate my needs.

I was moved twice due to cigarette and Meldo Smell, but unfortunately, the room We ended up getting still have this melds smell too. I believe they clean the carpet and don't air it out, so it create the meldo smell. So, I had to open the door and air it out for a couple of hours. As a long-time Hilton member, i was really disappointed.

Clean, nice amenities, spacious rooms.

Pillows. Two pillows per person essentially. Terrible pillows that deflate and shrink into small nothingness. Cheap iron for a quality hotel. Parking fee.
