Toilet in my room ran, I had to fight to get lid off because there wasn't much room between it & the counter above.

Close to Convention, main floor, parking close to door, room clean, bed very comfortable. Had a good sleep. Charging on lamps at bedside, bedside tables.

Room a little cramped with table. Travelled with person needing walker, tub not accessible for her. I didn’t realize her needs. Driveway entrance a little tough to see and enter with lots of traffic.

I could say that it is a hotel like any other

I DON'T LIKE the way they treat people. The reception staff are very rude, especially the girls who yell at the customers. From the day I arrived doing my check in, they raised their voices at you, they showed me the reservation paper and they spoke very rudely to me. I had to see on 2 occasions that they treated people badly. The CUSTOMERS are very RUDE. On one occasion I had to see how they made a girl cry. They have no heart. I don't understand how they can be working like this, treating people badly. I hope more people who have experienced this will speak out and raise their voices by writing their experience.

Typically I pay 110 and I paid 250 I could get a high end hotel for this price. I was desperate and paid otherwise I would never paid this amount. I have stayed here before for much lower prove. This price was outrageous high. I would never stay for this prove again.
