They did upgrade my room for free. So that was good.
The property needs a lot of work. Needs repair. It was in the center of china town which I was not aware of being from another state. Room price was high for the hotel that it was. I just expected more.

The rooms were very comfortable.
It is not a family friendly hotel! Booked 5 months ago and the slide was closed for repairs and was still closed. Also not enough food options if you have children. 3 of the restaurants were in the casino so children could not go. The only restaurant open to children didn’t have enough verity to choose from. Buffet is only open Friday-Sunday so no good if staying during the week. A shame since it’s school holidays and lots of family’s staying at hotel.

The hotel is new/modern.
I have been coming to this hotel for many years and it was always good but the room dust home was not ready for customers no amenities like soap, shower gel, zero coffee maker, no coffee, pods towels, one towel.

The staff went above and beyond in helping us as we had to book the hotel very last minute. The Burke was located close to the car rental place and the room was very comfortable.
The price was quite high for a smaller room.

I stayed here because of the casino but there is nothing spectacular about the expensive room. It’s got 90s dated feel, brown and orange. I think it’s way overpriced

there was no usb connection in the room so I wasn’t able to charge my iPad or phone which was annoying. first hotel in a long time that didn’t have at least one.
