Room was comfortable … food and desk help nice … shuttle operators could be friendlier

Dated restaurant bar and food no bueno … trash on lawn just blown into shrubs .. exiting from parking lot difficult with machine

We loved the close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle bus which ran frequently. Nice buffet breakfast.

We thought the room was rather small and needed a little TLC.

Parking ticket issue. Not easy to get out of the parking lot. Had to pay to park 14.00. Doesn’t make sense.

I did not stay there because my plane was diverted to Houston. It took 3 months of back and forth emails to finally get a partial refund.

The room had a strange smell. The windows faced the inside atrium of the hotel - no outside view or fresh air.

No towels glasses cups note pads nor pens in the room had to call down to the desk to get them. Room not refreshed / cleaned each day.

The restaurant was miserable. Airport transfer was unprofessional. A fancy Motel 6

We arrived late, left very early. So I can't really assess the total property. I thought that the rooms were small. Very clean.

Small rooms. 4 people couldn't move around very well.

On the morning of check-out, at 4am, as I approached my suitcase to close it, a cockroach ran into it, so I had to unpack the entire bag and kill the cockroach, which made me late. Why was there a cockroach inside my room? I was there for around 12 hours and experienced this. No ambience.

Beautiful facility. Friendly staff Too bad we couldn't enjoy more of it. We were there to catch a very early morning flight.

Everything was as expected, and we were quite comfortable.

We had time to kill and were hungry, so we visited the bar for a quick bite... the wait staff were not nice at all! We've stayed at the hotel a few times, and every time, the staff were awful. I'm not sure why, but they should be evaluated.

Check in and check out were very easy. The hotel is really fancy/nice- it surprised my husband and I! We had a really quick stay because we only had an overnight layover in Austin, but we'd definitely stay again. Though the infrastructure isn't really supportive of this (no sidewalks) we walked to and from the airport through the parking lots and it was about a 10 minute walk each way.

There was nothing that we were not satisfied with.
