There is construction going on around the hotel. It was hard to find due to detours. The room was just okay. For the cost of over $500 for 1 night due to events nearby, is just price gauging.
Price, Parking, and less noise. I don't know why they have a place for "special requests " because they don't read them or address them

Real sausage and real bacon would be a plus
After unpacking, we checked bed for bugs, found a bug reported to front desk, and after repacking, was placed in another room. She gave us an email to address issue. Basically, response was, sorry , it’s just a normal bug found in homes all the time. Not happy about the response. Phantom itching for 2 days . As Hampton Honors Members, felt we should have been comped at least 1 night of our 2 night stay, or at least an upgraded room . Very disappointed in corporate response .

Everything was great! The two recommendations I have would be a microwave in the room, and cheaper valet prices. The parking garage next door is $20-$25 so we chose to go there instead.

Breakfast was good every day. Staff was friendly. Great location. Easy Uber in and out. Nice places to visit and eat nearby. All in all, a great stay

It's location for what I was coming there to do.
The non English speaking car valet. The constant smell of Marijuana in the hallway outside my room.

Location was great! Right across the street from the North Market. About 8 minutes to Nationwide Arena.
The room could have been tidier. It too bad but definitely noticed a couple of things that were overlooked. All common areas seemed very tidy.

The bed was terrible and the pillows were even worse.
