Room was excellent. The A/C worked perfectly, which was very important toward a good night sleep.
When we arrived, was told that breakfast was NOT included in the price, so lost a breakfast on Morning 1. Rectified situation on Day 2, but no offer was made to reimburse for the paid-for breakfast.

I loved the location and the friendly staff. It was near a Waffle House and all the sites we wanted to visit weren’t far either.
It was under renovation and I choose this hotel because I was under the impression I could use the pool. I was very sad I wasn’t able to swim.

The hotel, the staff, the room, and the bed was great, however in the room next to me there was a dog who barked often and I was disturbed by it for most of the night. I did not sleep well because I was kept up by the barking dog.

The breakfast was a rip-off! I paid for the inclusive breakfast, only to be told that it was just a cold breakfast. I would have to pay $20.00-$25.00 dollars extra to get an omelette and a piece of sausage!!! Even the lowest branded hotel chains include warm eggs, sausage or bacon, and pancakes or waffles in the inclusive breakfast. What an embarrassment for a Hilton Hotel..............
This hotel caters to the construction worker crowd. Loud arguments among men at night. Slamming of hotel room doors starting at 5:00AM each day and continuing through 7:00 AM!!! Loud voices yelling at each other in the hallways each morning. Nearly impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Next time I need to book a hotel room I will not use you. When I got to the Hilton they informed me that you had cancelled my reservation. They were able to get us into a room.

I did not eat breakfast and the location was great
The cushions in the lobby were stained and dirty. One cushion looked as if someone had an accident in the middle of it. There were a few drops of blood on my sheet and pillow.

Had asked for room service twice to have the room cleaned
It was never cleaned 3 days into to our vacation
Day before leaving 2 nd time never got cleaned
5 days without cleaning
We stay at Hilton Garden a lot our first choice
