O hotel não tinha o quarto que nos foi vendido e o hotel não se importou e atribuiu um de categoria inferior, referindo que era um problema do booking. Fomos mal atendidos pelo VINCENT da receção, o qual foi malcriado. A casa de banho estava muito suja (banheira cheia de cabelos e castanha no fundo) e depois de reclamar-mos disseram que iam limpar e nada foi feito. Tivemos que ser nós a limpar. Não tinha toalhas para todos. Cobraram taxas e fees do resort que estavam incluídos na reserva já paga que fizemos no booking. Não nos deram a fatura no fim e não nos informaram destes custos cobrados em excesso. Não vamos voltar a este hotel.

The location was okay. Limited to restaurants. Restaurants in the hotel was very limited in choice and expensive.

Vincent at the front desk was wonderful and handled a small issues on billing from the restaurant with grace and confidence. We highly recommend them and the hotel to our friends and family.

The only thing that was an unresolved issue was; when we called for our included water bottle, we never were able to get through to 4 different departments the phone system just kept passing us around without ever being answered.

The breakfast was room service two entrées basic an warm coffee $70 or more pretty expensive for that an came in a box an paper cup. Quality was not so good eggs were scorched.

They had no microwave to heat up anything such as left overs or coffee. And wouldn't let us use any microwave on the premises was for pilots or flight attendance not for us.

Love the setting and location to the water taxi

Location was close to all. The pool area was nice. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Walk in shower was very nice. Balcony had very nice view of the marina.

Restaurant and bar closed too early on Friday and Saturday nights. Also, the food menu had limited choices. Needed more seating in the lobby.

The marina and pool were beautiful.

The staff was not overly frisky. No glasses or cups in the room.

Tv didn’t work no hand lotion clock never worked staff wasn’t very knowledgeable not enough staff. Long lines to check in couldn’t get more water except by standing in the checkin line. Line to get coffee was about 45 minutes only one person helping.

The property is very relaxing and comfortable

It was right on the water. There was a water taxi right out the door. Our room had a balcony. Had a restraunt.

They didn’t have a free shuttle to the airport.

The greeting we received when we arrived was fantastic 😀 the Supervisor and her team was wonderful we stayed one night for our wedding anniversary and the outpouring of Love was great! I would recommend this place to my friends and family . The restaurant on site was great breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience . Also, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for the anniversary dessert 🥰

Elevator hadn’t worked in months we were told. Had to hike three flights of stairs. 100+ heat index. Ice machine on our floor never worked. More up and down stairs. Room was not ready at 4. Total floor of volley ball kids there for national championships. Loud way into the night.

The employees and manager did not know where are the personal packages delivered. The staff asked to find security by myself and we found the security and he was kind and said he will deliver it to Front desk . When we went to grant desk the staff let us at the back of reception to pick our packages . 2 off us just took it without signing or the manager or staff checking . The supervisor came and yelled at us not to be at the back of the reception. I told her we were asked to come by the her staff in-front of her and why is she yelling i from off guest and staff . Unpleasant experience with that kind of supervisor and managers . Staff who check us in was really kind .
