The lobby looked nice and the staff was friendly
There were water leaks in the gym and the common areas and black mold growing. The air conditioning unit in the room was leaking, they moved us to a new room and that one leaked as well. They ran out of towels. The pool area had weeds and over grown grass. The AC was out on our floor. The breakfast was a joke. No cream, no butter. I could keep going…

I liked that it was close to the beach and the staff is very friendly.
There was no hot breakfast as advertised there were waffles that you could heat up but the syrup had nats in it. I was charged $15 more when I checked out I don’t know what that was for.

The room size was good. Surely, the rates were economical the cleaning crew did not show up. I was told that they provide housekeeping only on request. I requested for the room to be vacuumed. But, no one showed up. It is very important especially since there is so much sand that at least the room be vacuumed once. I was disappointed in that

I liked the beds they were comfy I loved the way the rooms were set up and how they looked in general.
The fact that staff was RUDE and very dirty the rooms were dirty my room was not clean when I checked in. It was a mess and gross

that you have to request room service but they never mentioned it to me when I checked in. I had to ask for towels the both days that we stayed there.

Very nice breakfast. The staff was helpful. A Winn-Dixie grocery market is nearby, so are other restaruants and fast food. There is a nice thrift resale shop nearby, almost across the highway. This hotel is close to an outlet mall, so if you have an interest in shopping, it is a nice respite from the sunny sands. Of course, you want to go to the beach, which is a short drive away!
Highway 98 Construction. Difficult to find the first time, esp. at night. Look for the IHOP, the hotel is behind it. Construction makes entry and exit from the highway to the hotel difficult. Not a good place to drive that new sporty car, as there are many inclines to scrape the bottom on. If flying in, rent a small SUV for the construction in the area. Area around the hotel is NOT bicycle or pedestrian friendly, in fact way too much traffic and dust to consider a motorcycle.
