The property was great.
But wasn’t happy with the way booking.com handled things.
Ur policy about price matching is terrible. I sent a pic of where it was every thing was the same and 200. Dollars cheaper and u had some lame excuse that it wasn’t the same.

I have stayed in a number of resorts in Scottsdale. This one far, far surpasses any of the others. Staff helpfulness and cleanliness. The facilities are immaculate. We will return.

Beautiful view/ golf course and lake.
Had everything we needed for summer staycation;
Water park/pools great; loved Scottish piper and whiskey bar indeed that was why we picked this hotel out; lovely dinner; enjoyed live music in lounge. All in all, terrific stay. We’ll be back!

Perfect resort for our family. Kids love the huge pool and lazy river. Clean environment and friendly staff throughout. Really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

Our room was not world class; there was a massive stain on a chair which made it unusable and we covered it with a towel. Very gross amd disappointing givem the price point. Shocked to have a room in that condition at a JW property.

The resort was beautiful with many conveniences and entertainment options.
Mattresses were extremely soft creating pains in the neck and back. However, the room had a trundle bed that was extremely firm, eliminating the issues.

Loved the location. Check in and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Valet team also smily and welcoming.
The pool area was a bit lacklustre.

Breakfast was fine- nothing exceptional. Staff was great- very professional and friendly.
We played golf at one of the onsite courses. However the greens were, had apparently just been aerated, and so were not fun to play on at all. We weren't told that before we started.

Paying to park even when not using valet parking. Husband was very unhappy about this.

quality of food in restaurants was poor. yea/ coffee in room not replenished - had to put machine on floor to plug in. mini bar price list was given but fridge was empty. no bathrobes or slippers. and finally, live cockroaches in the room!

During peak periods need to reconsider pool arrangements. No option for reduced cost for only playing 9 holes for golf.

The location is excellent. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I loved the back courtyard with tables, chairs and drink service.
Not worth the $800 a night “all-in” fee. They service rooms twice a week. Food outlets were below average. And please, for $800 a night, upgrade your toilet paper.

The room was not really cleaned for 7 days! Trash taken out and new towels dropped off 2x upon request. Floor never vacuumed or bathroom cleaned. Really terrible given what we pd.
