Great location. Super friendly staff.

Price was 40% too high for Hampton that was not in mint condition. Room had a slight odor that was not unclean, but just used. Was told there would be a breakfast bag because I had to leave early for airport. No bag. Everything else was very fine.

The staff was exceptional. We had never stayed in Liberty before so wanted to know about restaurants nearby and the staff was awesome with information for the area. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our next trip to Liberty.

Absolutely nothing could have been better. It was comfortable and perfect.

Location was good. Like the shampoo dispensers in shower.

Person across the hall had a dog. Kept going in and out of room to take care of barking dog.

Breakfast was wonderful. You had a variety of all kinds of stuff. Your drinks works exceptional. Everything about this day was more than I could even imagine I would give you guys a five I can give more I would. Thank you for everything.

The property was amazing. Good hotel, very clean, great staff, great breakfast buffet and the location from KC was perfect!

My only complaint would be the pool. I do work in property management and the pool was not up to par. My son got a chemical burn from being in the water. Luckily, I caught it in time!

TV was unavailable the whole visit. My room faced I35 and the noise was awful. The bed was not comfortable which surprised me since I usually love the beds at Hampton Inn. They didn't offer anything to make up for no TV! Did they not pay the cable bill??
