Very clean and friendly staff. Monica was wonderful. Good breakfast. Great location.

Location was good and staff friendly.

Furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Sofa and carpeting in living room had cigarette burns on them. Room was very dirty, we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies. Silverware and dish ware were dirty.

I like the size of the suite. The staff at the front desk were really nice.

It smelled like cat pee and the room was dirty, remotes had sticky stuff on them, hair in the bathroom, the chair had stains and the bedding felt gross.

The hotel itself is typical. Breakfast was good. Included fresh fruit (melon and berries in season) and Activia yogurt (which I appreciated and haven't had in other hotels).

We reserved a 1 bedroom suite and indicated we'd be 3 adults, yet only 2 sets of towels were provided. This was essily remedied. We needed the pull-out couch as a bed. The couch was sunken and the mattress was unbelievably poor. If you touched it, you could feel each spring poking through the thin covering. There was virtually no padding...maybe an eighth of an inch. We requested a replacement and were promised one. After half an hour, we went to the front desk to see when it would come. Since we needed to prepare for a wedding we agreed that they could take care of it while we were out. When we returned close to midnight, nothing had been done. Charles, the night desk clerk, did his best to remedy the situation and he did provide a replacement mattress from one of the empty rooms. At check out, it was explained that a mattress had been sent to the wrong room and compensation in the form of points toward a future stay was offered. We appreciate it. However, we did expect a better quality of accommodation from Hilton. If a sofa bed is provided, it needs to be of a quality that can be used reliably a bed!

The breakfast was pretty good as far as the food goes. The presentation and the variety was nicely displayed. Also the location was fine. I spoke to the manager Monika who was very pleasant and understanding in regards to the room. She even comped us some money back and apologized for I being not clean. There are mold issues specifically around the tub area. When we came in, we had a penis sticker stuck to the lamp in the living area, that we had to have replaced. It was very disturbing to say the least. Not a good impression as you walk through the door. Whoever stayed in the room prior had the alarm set at 6 AM, which woke us up out of a dead sleep. I never told the front desk which I probably should have . You should be looking at the alarms every time you clean the rooms, so it doesn’t happen to other people . The hotel bed was quite comfortable. I have a feeling they will be addressing the issues at hand after talking to the manager so I would possibly stay there again and give them a second chance to redeem themselves, because Hiltons are usually good hotels
