Name was incorrect on reservation even after I called and corrected it couldn’t find it had to wait after driving all day bathroom had hair in it. The bed was very hard loud kids running up and down on Saturday night around 10 am. Room wasn’t cleaned. We were already back at 4 pm when they came.

Location
Water was turned off in the hotel for a few hours. Unable to shower etc.. I was told I got a free upgrade on a room but on the receipt it showed I was charged $30. So which is it?!

It was in a quite place
The house keeping was bad they didn’t clean the room we had to ask for our room to be clean. We didn’t have any towels nor toilet paper.
In the morning they knock our door asking if we were leaving this was very early this was a supervisor of the hotel….Very rude not polite at all.

Very clean hotel and room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were great, good food. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. Another great plus was the closing walking proximity to Top Golf.

The room is very spacious. The bathroom is very nice and a spectacular view, and the curtains helps to sleep better since they block the sun in the morning. Everything looks clean.

It was easy to find and park, very clean and great service when checking in. We chose this hotel because it was close to PIE airport.
