L’hôtel est très pratique pour un avion qui arrive tard. Il dispose d’une navette pour l’aéroport. La chambre est confortable et propre. L’hôtel est calme bien que proche de l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est bien.
Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre à notre arrivée. L’accès à Manhattan n’est pas pratique. Il y a un bus mais il est loin.

Transporte aeropuerto - hotel - aeropuerto lo cual es muy conveniente para vuelos de conexión.
La relación calidad precio no está bien. El hotel se ve bastante decaído, falta de mantenimiento en la estructura general. El desayuno bastante regular, y además usan solo platos, vasos y cubiertos descartables.

We included breakfast in our booking but on arrival told it was not available until 6am, I advised we had to leave the to book in at the air port, no grab and go available or offered. So we did not get what we paid for.

The bonus I paid for was my parking space!! Very disappointing that this is not included! You don’t have enough space as is, then you charge extra to use it- terribly inconvenient!

We got water and cookies upon check-in, breakfast was available, plenty of parking, shuttle to the airport, gym was adequate, and there was ice on each floor.
There was no streaming option on the TV, no electrical outlets near the nightstand, no laundry, no pool.

We stayed only one night to wait for a connenting flight so we choose this at last minute.The place was okay perfect for just sleep somewhere.
The staff was really kind and helpful so thats an extra.
Found a big dead bug under our bed before we left that was a negative side of our stay but all together as i said it was okay.

the shuttle drivers .
that our pizza was eaten and we had to eat burger king at midnight and only got maybe two hours of sleep due to this the night before we had 6 hour flight.

The staff was very nice on check in and out and the shuttle driver was very nice. The beds were comfortable and spacious. It is close to the airport.
The shuttle is a bit confusing. Mostly this is due to Newark airport shuttle pick up and drop off location. We were unable to find the shuttle upon arriving from an international flight and we ended up taking a cab. The shuttle runs every hour and half hour and we had just missed it and would have had to wait 30 minutes. We had to be back at the airport early the next morning. The shuttle leaves at 0600 and breakfast starts at 0600. We tried to get there a few minutes before and maybe grab something to take with us. Breakfast wasn't ready yet, so we went on the airport and got breakfast. So, for the "free" breakfast and shuttle. We paid a lot to do alternatives. It would have been worth it to stay at the Marriot, which we could walk to and avoid the shuttle hassle. Although the driver in the morning was very nice.
