Le bruit dans la chambre et le courant d’air depuis la fenêtre, c’était bruyant et froid

Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was nice

In our room we could hear noises from the room upstairs. I'm not sure if it was the pipes or people moving, but it was annoying while I slept.

De kamer was heel ruim, locatie ligt op loopafstand van het centrum met leuke winkelen en restaurants…

We hadden hotel mede geboekt voor het buiten zwembad, helaas was dit zo klein met maar een paar ligbedden die ten tijde dat wij aankwamen vol lag met een familie met kinderen die er een waterfestijn van maakte met het daarbij behorende kabaal…dus helaas geen plek om lekker bij te komen….

Great location

It has all amenities you need for a family, however, we booked a room with a pool view, but our bedroom had a view to the parking spot. We were told by the manager that at the entry to the room we had a view of the pool and we could see slightly from the front entry. It’s not fair to pay for the pool view extra and not to have a proper view. We asked for a compensation and we were offered free parking. We paid much more for the pool view versus parking fee.

Lovely hotel room located right above the atrium with easy access to the indoor pool. We loved the complimentary drinks and friendly hotel staff. The aesthetics were great! The location was convenient seeing as it’s 5 min by car from Downtown Napa. We couldn’t have asked for more :)

Breakfast was great and the food was cooked quickly after ordered. Great spread for breakfast. My dog really enjoyed her stay. She loved the pathways in the garden area and the birds by the pond.

The staff is very friendly / helpful and the hotel atrium with the outdoor pool is beautiful. The facilities are great especially the convenience of breakfast and being able to do our laundry.

I was not happy that I paid for daily parking on top of high hotel charges given that the hotel is not in a middle of a city and there is plenty of room.

Having an indoor pool and hot tub is nice, and the included breakfast is decent, especially the omelet bar. The staff, whenever contacted, were polite and professional. The fitness room was easy to use and had enough machines and weights to keep us busy.

The facility is very run down. The cabinets and dressers in our room had old finish that was peeling off, none of the lights had dimmers, and there were many areas around the hotel that were in disrepair, including missing tiles and pieces of ceiling in the pool area. The hot tub jets didn't work properly, they shot water up in the air. We found and reported broken glass in the pool area, after nearly stepping on it. The room and overall facility are really filthy. My toddler's feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. The carpet was sticky and so dirty we had to lay towels down on it to keep our feet clean. Once we spilled some juice on the floor at breakfast and were wiping it up with napkins, and they turned completely black. It's like they have never washed the floor or cleaned the carpet anywhere but the lobby. We were really grossed out by how dirty it was. We would not stay there again because of that even though the staff were very nice.

Loved this hotel! Very serene and relaxing. The staff was amazing, and we had a great time meeting the bartender and hanging out on the grounds! Even though the hotel is close to the freeway the water features drown it all out. You feel very secluded in the best way. Location to first street was AWESOME! Breakfast assortment was wonderful!! Will definitely stay again.

We woke up a little hungover from all the wine tasting and would have loved the option to have room service for breakfast to our room, however we only saw the room service option for lunch and dinner. The continental breakfast was amazing! It just would have been nice to have the option to have an assortment brought to our room, even if it was a paid extra,

Rooms needed updating- large vent that was dusty. Seemed like an older motel.

Loved happy hour

From the moment we entered into the foyer of this beautiful hotel we were greeted by Stephanie at the front desk. We actually arrived about 2 hours early and although our room wasn't quite ready yet, we were offered the chance to lay out at their outdoor heated pool. The staff offered to have our luggage stored and they gave us a card key to enter the pool. Manny gave us a quick tour of both their indoor and outdoor pool area and where we could change. This was just the start to our first year wedding anniversary/honeymoon. Our room was perfectly setup, from the entrance of our mini living room to the back bedroom; it was all so clean. A nice bottle of Raymond Cab was waiting for us too(nice touch). It is always so nice to come "home" to a clean room and made bed. We never had any issues with the housekeeping services. The included breakfast buffet was just the right amount to begin our day and of course the free wine/cocktail hour from 5-7 did not disappoint. The grounds of this hotel are nicely appointed. We loved hanging out in the courtyard to admire the ducks and white swan. We loved the location which is just under a mile from a nice and safe walk to downtown Napa. We highly recommend a stay here.

The outside looked fabulous how ever it did not measure up functionally or hospitably. Disappointed, poor value.

It was a good central location to be in with easy to walk/drive to downtown.

Our room unfortunately was at the corner of an exit where an ice machine was kept and we would hear people come by and slam the door/the ice machine ever so often. Annoying but not a big deal!
