Granddaughter had the sleeper sofa. Hot as air inadequate for suite. We were freezing trying to cool the other side.

looked great, great location & price
staff was not prepared for someone who has a service dog . they were lost on the whole interaction when I brought it up . to the point where they had to ask management if it was fine if I had a service dog or not .
also, in the shower there was hair all over the wall .

The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was yummy!
The cleaning staff didnt vacuum the floor well, there were several toenail clippings in the floor in front of the full length mirror

We paid extra for early arrival since we were getting off a ship in ft. Lauderdale. Got there at 10, told the room wouldn't be ready until after 1. Rode around, had lunch, got back at 1, room not ready but Jean at the desk came thru and gave us an upgrade to King Deluxe. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't have breakfast as we checked out at 5:30am to catch a plane. Besides our early check in not ready, everything was fine.
Honor early check ins. We paid for it. A cleaner pool would have been nice to go swimming

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly enough.
The property was going under renovations, I would have liked to know that when I made the reservations. While the shuttle service to/from airport was convenient, it was a big hassle to have to call them upon arrival for the pick-up. I repeatedly wrote them to tell them that I only had an international number and that I could not call for the pick-up and gave them my flight information for a pick-up. Instead of giving me a reason why I HAD to call in advance, they only wrote to please call when I arrived. In case you are wondering, PBI does not allow cars/shuttles to wait for customers/guests, you are only allowed to stay for a few minutes. Nevertheless, it would have been a relief if they had just checked my flight status in order to pick me up.

I was leading a fine arts tour to West Palm Beach & Miami museums. We were not advised that construction was on-going and lobby area was unusable. I would never have brought my group there. Nothing to sit on upon arrival with party of five seniors in tow. Mix up with number and kind of rooms, keys not working. This handled unprofessionally by manager who instead of just supplying missing room (as was confirmed on my paperwork from Booking.com) insisted on re-working entire booking of four rooms while we 5 stood for over 35 minutes in reception area and even after that there was another issue with a double queen assignment. No apology by manager, just much inconvenience and unprofessionalism. This hotel stay made me and my company look unprofessional.

Breakfast was good and the room was nice and clean Newly renovated.
When I arrived they could not find my reservation they kept telling me they could not find my reservation even though I showed them my reservation and text messages I had received. Eventually they honored the reservation. However, I was not aware the property was undergoing renovation and there was loud banging and drilling from 8am-5pm. I planned on using the pool on Tuesday to wind down but it was drained and the area was not accessible because of the renovations. The rooms are nice but there are no drawers to put your clothes. The room had a nice walk in shower but I had to place the soap on the floor because there was no place to hold your soap or shampoo. They need to add over the shower caddy’s.

I was VIP Guest of the day so ended up with a very large comfortable room. Staff was kind and helpful during check in.
I checked out and went to the airport. Going through security I realized I didn't have my iPad. I remembered that when I was showering around 6:30 - 7 am I heard what sounded like my door slam shut. When I got out of the shower the door was shut and nobody was in the room so I thought I was mistaken. I called the hotel at 9:30 am and told them about the door slamming and that my iPad was now missing. They said they looked and found no iPad in my room. I asked them to look at the security cams but was told I would have to talk to the mgr. I asked to be transferred and had to leave a message. Nobody called me back. I called again at 4:32 and explained that using Find My Device it showed it was at that hotel and that I wondered if they had found it or should I just call the police? She said the way I talk I must have many problems in my life. She said she didn't like how I talked and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times but no answer. I used my sons phone and she answered right away and when she found out it was me said I have a customer and put me on hold and never came back. I filed a complaint with corporate and they are doing an investigation. Case #142206025. I asked the customer support gentleman if he could tell me one reason why I should ever stay at Hampton Hotels again and he suddenly acted like he couldn't hear me and then hung up.
Building was under renovations so restaurant was closed and loud during the day. Didn't know until checkin when it was too late to make a change.

Construction work was loud! If I had known it was under construction I would have gotten another hotel. Housekeeping services were very poor. I complained and it still was not satisfactory.
