Good room for the night

It was ok for 1 night

The bed wasn't very comfortable and shower curtain was terrible. Water went everywhere on floor. For some reason I thought it was more of a cottage

Super clean and practical

Well situated as a base for travelling around the area. Nice clean rooms.

The electrics were ‘dodgy’, some worked, some didn’t and some literally had plugs hanging about 80/90% out ! There were a few little niggles, chipped cups, damaged work surface and tiles missing in the bathroom but all superficial. However our biggest complaint is that a bag full of both ordinary and gluten free shopping went missing. Initially we checked the garbage area in case the cleaner had thrown it away by accident but it was impossible without getting into the bin to see if this was the case. So I reported this to the reception and was advised someone would come round to see us, nobody did. The missing contents, although annoying, were not the problem, the staff not taking any notice was

Good size to the room, little fireplace available, good warmth.

Internet weak, bed so soft as to be uncomfortable.

Great location with friendly staff and nice camp grounds for walks. There is even an outdoor fire you can use. Camp store on site was very handy! We were early in the season, but I am sure this would be a popular location. Room was very clean and towel folding was a pleasant surprise.

Facilities were great. The only suggestion would be to add a slip proof mat for the bath/shower. Otherwise nothing but positives about this location and our stay.
