The folks were so friendly made me feel at home and they made sure everything was alright and it was like home sweet home....awesome

The staff : efficient, professional, friendly and proactive. We had a problem with the room and were offered an alternative straight away, very good service at the front desk and quick email replies.
The rooms need a good upgrade and ours had some bad surprises (toothpaste on the shower curtains, burn table tops, broken curtains and mosquito nets on the windows). However, for the price, I still feel it was a convenient option.

Area was a little iffy. There were quite a few questionable characters hanging around he outside of he building.

The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. The beds looked clean and were super comfortable.
The property is desperately in need of an update. The photos online did not accurately represent what I saw when I got there. The hotel is very, very dark and the carpets are severely worn out. In the room the cabinet doors were hanging off the hinges, the walls and carpets were badly stained. In the bathroom the tiles were cracked. The a/c was very loud and caused the bed frame, which was bolted into the wall, to vibrate and rattle.

Nice beds. The kids liked the 2 separate rooms. Having a fridge and microwave were nice.
The promised continental breakfast was closed… didn’t notice until we came down the next morning.

manager at the time of my stay was very rude and demanded or order me like I was to be disrespected, for over booking and difficult time canceling the booking , this manager was on my case for 2 days that I stay here in this faclitities, I would like to speak to the manager or owner of the facilities

I should have spent a bit extra to go to the Best Western. Staff were great and accommodating!
The room needs a touch up, some broken drawers, wear and tear that hasn't been kept up with.
