It’s location

The room is just dirty and not well maintained. The bed sheet got stains on it. There’s a lot of noise at night with the dog and suspicious people going in and out of the motel.

No breakfast

The owner was rude and presumptuous. Thevroom was filthy. The bathroom was seriously not sanitized. I will not stay here again

A little rundown could use some maintenance

The bathroom it was not very clean or well maintained could use a new tub for sure

Comfortable bed, easy to check in.

Room had 1 cup, no kettle, very large fridge freezer reducing way to washroom. The sockets for the microwave did not work neither did the sockets by the bed. The shower temperature handle came off. The room was tired with peeling wallpaper.

Right off the highway

Felt scratchy, expensive compared to other places

They are a pet friendly facility.

The room had damage to the walls, there were random strips of wallpaper presumably to cover up damage, the curtains didn’t entirely cover the window, the bathroom shower curtain was old and the shower rod was old and rusty. The pillows were old, flat and hard. I actually tried to find another room in Hope after seeing this one but there was nothing else available. Sad to say that the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The staff were friendly; prompt service when we called them.

Location

Not clean to say the least. Drawers full of debris. Window screen ripped and torn (anything could crawl in). Mirrors and TV screen were horrible.

I had important items stolen out of my truck. but that’s just Hope. and it’s bad homeless people running around. 🤬🤬
