It was fanatic! It was calm quiet and relaxing. It was kept extremely clean staff is friendly. The tiki bar those girls know how to make a great mixed drink if you’re into that. The head chef is great! The ribs and pork plate and the burger and fries. Cooked so perfectly the ribs were falling apart. The breakfast Buffett had was so good. The pool area was kept very clean as well. The hotel had beach access. I really enjoyed this hotel

I liked the service, the staff was very friendly.

The bathroom, it was dirty, there was dripping and it had a bad smell

The location was perfect. It was so nice to have access directly to the beach and be able to go back to the room for lunch or breaks. We brought our little dog Annie, with us and both the beach and hotel was very pet friendly. Btw we found out she was a crab hunter when we hit the beach late night lol, which is a must do if you visit.

We were disappointed that the pool was still out of order. The website stated that it should be back in service well before we visited but it was still being worked on months after they stated it should be up and going. The beach access for the 1st floor was blocked off because of the pool remodeling/work. So we had to take a much longer path through the hotel and out the second floor exit.

It was the most pleasant and comfortable stay with wonderful customer service and location!

Not a big deal but we were a little bummed the onsite restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays. But it was okay!

The fact that i was charged an extra 35 dollars on top of the rate already agreed upon. Highly upset with this and it snowballed from there. The small room. It wasn't what I expected too small. The TV reception was bad. I ended up fixing it myself. More than 400 per night was ridiculous considering you didn't receive anything free for breakfast.

My bed was making lots of noises I couldn't move much while sleeping... I think you guys shouldn't allow dogs in the facility. No dogs ! I saw dogs inside the pool area and at the food restaurant, I didn't like it. Also, just a recommendation -- the hotel should have a ramp instead of steps and stairs to access the beach..

The 2nd room we were in was ok.

There was a dead roach on the floor in the 1st room we checked into. The sheets looked dirty. Immediately requested another room. The pool was closed which we were not informed about before or upon arrival. The beach acccess was also under construction. No hot breakfast. Stayed here for years. Never had these issues. Hotel definitely shouldn't be charging as much with half the amenities. Going downhill.

No discount for the pool not open and our room was right above construction so we couldn't in joy the ocean due to the loud noises of the construction work.

The view was nice from top floor. It was clean and nice. The soaps and shampoo left in the room were dove, which was great because usually hotel soaps are terrible and leave my skin irritated.

The bathroom was so small you couldn’t open the door fully because it would hit the shower curtain rod. The beds was hard. And paying $2115 for 4 nights I did expect a nicer bed. The pool was closed our entire stay and didn’t get any kind of discount - pool was one reason we picked this hotel.

The restaurant at the hotel is good and the location was nice.

The door to the balcony is not insulated at all so you could hear everything and everyone’s conversations outside. So you could hear all the cars and traffic in the morning and evenings. Neighbors were smoking weed and cussing each other out at 8 am. Could hear everyone in the hotel the entire night (walls are super thin). A car in the parking lot had its car alarm going off from 6am to 7am on a Saturday morning and since the door to the outside isn’t insulated at all i was woken up and decided to just leave early. The sheets were dirty with stains. The bathroom didnt have a vent so whenever we showed the bathroom got steamy. No shower liner so the bathroom would always get wet. The shower pressure is terrible. The buffet area had a weird natural gas smell to it the entire visit, and the hotel in general was so overly scented I felt ill.

Came down for the car show had trailer the motelHad over flow parking but would not let you park a trailer in it and the main parking lot had a lot of empty places and but they let boat with trailer park in main lot
