So hard to write something nice when it was ruined From the moment we met the receptionist.

We had confirmation that everything we asked for was a go, but when we spot with receptionist she said it was hard to do at the last moment. We were supposed to have rooms next to each other, but we were put in different buildings. She was very rude as well.

Breakfast was good

Pool and surrounding area was not very clean, hot tub was not hot enough, and to access the pool area from building 2 you have to go outside after 6pm. Room was not a Queen which I paid for.

Fantastic place, very clean Excellent food

Great facilities. We enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool. The room was fine and I was only sorry we were unable to get a place for dinner.

The room was a bit small.As it is a spa and you go there to relax 2 comfortable chairs in the room would have been nice.It could have been possible if they didnt have such a large chest of drawers holding the TV The hot tub could have been warmer

Nice, clean, comfortable room

1) No room service, which a hotel claiming to be 4-star should have. Guests have to pick up their food from the lobby, which is particularly unpleasant in the winter as you have to go outside. (Even under pandemic circumstances, would have been safer to deliver prepared food to guest room. Rather than having guests line up in the lobby for pick-up) 2) Snowshoe trail advertised on the website is disappointing. Basically just access to snowshoe in the neighbouring corn field.

Comfy bed, large room, friendly service

due to Covid the spa fascilities were closed as was the restaurant, so basically it was like a Air B&B
