Location is in a very decapitated state in a rather "rough" area. Over all the place feels dingy and unkept, missing ceiling tiles, stained carpets, broken toilets ect. This place clearly needs some investments to revitalize. The staff is also rather unpleasant.

I did not like the women staff at the front desk. I called to verify the location because the address was confusing with so many other hotels around. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested in helping me and hung up on me before I could really figure out where the hotel was. Very rude. The next morning there were two other ladies who just seemed like they had slight attitudes. The males were very nice. One who I assume was the manager was very accommodating.

Nothing . Property was not maintained. The picture you show in the advertisement must be from when this was a new facility . The property is not maintained. Paint is literally coming off of the building . It’s dark and dingy. The room had broken lamps , the bathtub had rust in it. Hallways have no air conditioning. The vending machines do not work. The business center if you can call it that, has no ink in the printer so if you’re planning on printing anything, you can’t. I mentioned this to the front office staff and they simply say “ we know “ which I can only presume means there are no replacement in cartridges. A $100 deposit for incidentals? They offer none . Overall, this property is dirty and should not be an option on booking.com. Wyndham , you need to do a site check on this one. It’s a bad deal On a 1- 10. This is a zero.

Again , everything. Would not recommend this. The shuttle they use to airport is filthy and in bad repair also. The driver was pleasant. That was the only good part. Wish I had taken photos. I certainly would have posted them . Wish I could write a positive review because I have written many. This just can not be one of them. Sorry Booking.com but the truth is on the proof. Go take a look for yourself.

The property is wrongly named on booking.com. No such hotel as “the Majestic”. The booking.com listing says breakfast is included (although careful reading of the terms says that it is not). There is no breakfast. The shuttle pickup took a long time and several phone calls.

Staff not concerned about roachs.

Nothing. The parking was ok lol.

Was met with nothing but attitude. There was a bug infestation in our room, we received a 27$ compensation for a 600$ booking… the motel next door had better service and the rooms were just as nice and without any bugs for 1/4 of the price!
