The air conditioning was too loud, we had to request 3 times for someone to come to check, but there was no solution

Location was good and easy walk to plaza
When we arrived our bathroom had not been cleaned. It took more than 24 hours and 4 calls/text to front desk to get bathroom cleaned. No housekeeping for 2 night stay - had to ask for towels at front desk.

Room was clean and in a great location.
We needed to check out a day early, and provided the front desk with more than 24 hours notice. We were assured this was not an issue and that we would not be charged, but days after we had returned home we received an additional charge. I called and spoke with the accounting department, who said I was being transferred and then hung up on me. I called back several times with no answer, and I even left several voicemails with no response. HORRIBLE customer service and extremely disappointing from a Hilton.

Desk Clerk (Ms Juana) helped straighten a mix up caused by Booking. come, accommodations were not what we requested and paid for, including type of room and breakfast. Ms Juana was kind enough to issue breakfast vouchers. but was unable to change rooms. Ms Juana was the only staff person presentable, articulate, helpful. Barman was a disaster to look at, and literally did not know how to our prepare drinks....vodka/tonic, bloody mary!
Booking. com made a complete mess of the reservation, one that was paid in full immediately: Booked a King Deluxe with Breakfast included. Was given a Double Queen with no Breakfast! Had it not been for Fron Desk Cler (Ms Juana) I would not have received the two breakfast vouchers I paid for. Ms Juana also explained that the King-Deluxe failure was the fault of Booking.com for NOT having confirmed the accommodation at booking time.

Exageradamente ruidosa la habitacion, debido a instalaciones deficientes del hotel, parecia que estaba un avion jet afuera de la ventana de la habitacion.
Cuando expuse la queja, el personal prometio retroalimentarme y buscar una compensacion, y nunca se reportaron.
El gerente del hotel escucho la queja y nunca se incorporo al dialogo.
Lamentable reaccion del personal e instalaciones de un hotel “4 estrellas”.
Pagar un mejor hotel para descansar no funciono.

We had a plague of ants all over are food and clothes, the maintenance staff apply a little liquid and said it was ok, we came back to the room little later, same issue , request to change my room, response was. We are full. I’m pretty sure they were not full, they gives a card for free breakfast tha we decide no to take it. I guess they thought that was enough for the inconvenience

The staff were amazing & the room was lovely, luxurious and incredibly comfortable! We got engaged during our stay and the hotel staff appeared to be just as excited as us and helped us celebrate with wine & congratulations!!
Not a problem but just to be aware - due to the building being older, the wifi didn’t reach our room. This was only an issue as we’re international visitors so it was a little harder to get service.

The location was great
The spa wasn’t working. It was finally tarped over the last day. The pool needs resurfacing.
The sink was dripping. I reported it but it was not repaired. There was no in-room safe.

Pool, location
I booked (by accident, will never do that again) with Booking.com. Well, the hotel couldn't find my second room that I had booked. I received one confirmation # for both rooms but showed only one room. They had put my second room under my son's name that was my guest. I made the reservations. Of course, the hotel couldn't do anything because I had booked with Booking.com. The hotel had a room (I think it was the one they had for me anyway, but I had to call Booking.com anyway and I didn't get the price they had quoted me before. The hotel was useless, and I'll never book with Booking.com again. I will pay more attention next time. They make it look like you are booking with the hotel site.

Air conditioner didn't go below 68 and windows don't open unless you have a pool view. Room got hot at night.

Breakfast was ok
At breakfast we asked for a booth. We were seated at a table in the middle of the room and told that booths were reserved for 4 people. Several booths remained empty the entire time that we were eating. Did not return to the dining room for another meal during our stay.

Water was cut off by the city from 12 to 5 , unfortunately it lasted and still no water by our check out at 8 ! I understand what you can’t do when the responsibility is on the city but by 8 o’clock with no shower/ toilets / basic hygiene you must bear some of it. I am certain that the hotel was warned in plenty of time, not telling ahead of booking ( I did the day before ) is not transparent, you could have at least provided portable toilets outside, plenty of place for
it and water/ coffee / fruits to treat your guests of
a sense of value service/ price!
To finish I must also sadly tell you that the
your employees at checkout were short of rude about it, We are driving from LA to NYC and will avoid staying at any of your properties.

nice hotel
The Hilton did not keep to the agreement with Booking.com and misrepresented the problem to me. I had to pay more than the agreed price in full on my credit card and also paid Booking.com. Ripped off and very unhappy. Peter the manager misrepresented the problem and wouldn’t honor Booking.com. It took over one hour to check in
