It was in a quiet area and convenient to the beach or a drive to the town.

There weren’t a lot of restaurant options walkable distance but there was Publix for food and drinks.

It’s a quasi pet friendly hotel. You have to go off the property to find a decent patch of grass for your dog. There are no other indicators that they are pet friendly…no doggie treats or complimentary doggie bags like you get at IHG hotels. When booking online you don’t know how much fee for pet will be. They charged $75 which is well above any other hotel charged us from Florida to Ohio. The breakfast was adequate…nothing outstanding. I think Hilton has lost my loyalty.

You should ask for a cleaning service and change towels. Towels look dirty, even if they clean.

Serene surroundings

Great location just a minute walk from the beach. Very Helpful staff, excellent breakfast and nice pool.

The property was excellent, no complaints - it was just august in Florida and exceedingly hot outside.

We liked that it was walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants.

I didn't like the facts that I had to book two rooms to accommodate our family of 5 and they couldn't give us connecting rooms or even rooms next door to each other. There was at least only one room inbetween our two rooms, but still, I was up and down between the rooms, to help sort out the kids.

Cleanliness considering its an old hotel, comfort.

Hotel is very old, so lots of rust on bathroom fixtures / baseboards pulling away from wall, overall decor and layout is old.

Conveniently located next to beach, Publix, and a selection of non chain restaurants. Great for beach, but a bit of a drive to the main tourist drag. Room was very large, would have been great if they added a couch or sitting area/ table.

Location was exceptional, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms!

The room next to us and above us had a dog that was barking more than half the evening/night. Wasn't the worst situation but not what you expect at a hotel.

The location was perfect, right next to the beach. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Publix is just around the corner. Hot tub was good.

The floor was a bit sticky, but we asked the housekeeping, and they cleaned it.

the bathroom was not cleaned properly. it smelled due to dried urine at the base of the toilet, and the floors had beach sand in the corners

Awesome location, really comfy rooms, with a decent tv.

They took a long wait to give me the room after check in time.

I liked the cleanliness and space of the actual room at this property. The pool and hot tub was a big deal also my kids enjoyed it a lot. The beach was walking distance from the property and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

One of the cleaning ladies completely ignored me when I asked for an extra towel for my family. She rolled her eyes and kept talking on the phone. some other lady came up and gave me her full attention and immediately gave me a towel.
