The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Upon check-in, there was no one at the front desk for approximately 15 - 25 minutes. Those of us in line were unsure what to do. Finally, a representative showed up, but she was very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed that she had to help us. On top of that she offered no reason why she had been away for so long and did not offer an apology. There was another gentleman there, who had found someone in his room and had come back to get another room. The representative issued him a new key card, but was very unapologetic or helpful to him. He got on the elevator with us to attempt entering his room a second time, but was unable to. We last heard from him when he was getting on the elevator to try a third time.

The bathtub was clogged and my wife and I took showers standing in dirty water!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice as was the woman who presided over the buffet. The hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are large and parking is ample.

The facility was very care-worn. Not unclean, just banged up, floors sticky in places, hotel room carpet sticky, sink clogged, etc. Little things like a burned out light bulb that was not replaced. The computer in the office room was out of order. It has gone downhill since we stayed there several years ago.

Missed the breakfast - all packed away. Reception seating decent.

Too late check-in. Very busy with Nigerian event. Elevator only 1 worked. No hot water.
