it stinks so bad of chemicals. I'm 63 yrs old n had to climb 2 flights of steps n there's no Sr discount. o verpriced.

The room smelled n wall is thin. Able to hear guests next door singing.

Good location and quiet rooms.

Linens could use some updating.

Easy to find and access from the airport.

The room was poor for the price. The air con worked but looked pretty bad with the pipe ripped open and the wall plug socket was exposed with a huge hole in it. Thankfully our kids were kids were older and didn't poke their fingers in. The fridge was horrendously noisy and kept switching to a loud vibration periodically through the night which woke us up every time. The skirting boards looked to be hanging off but I think this was just exposed pipework or something. The towel rail was hanging off in the bathroom, hairs in the bed etc. Just little things but ones which are noticeable and which give a tatty, rundown appearance. Although it wasn't the motels fault, the food options were very limited and we couldn't find anywhere for breakfast which wasn't great as we were travelling with kids. A breakfast option would have been a godsend.

The room was a good size with an easy chair. Netflix a bonus as tv is just ads! Laundry facilities were good. Washing and dryer both $2.50 each.

The bed dipped in the middle. The electrical outlet was in a really difficult place. We needed a torch to access it and plug in the room's àppliances. A portable air conditioner was noisy. There was little ventilation so made for a hot stuffy night.

No drinking cups/glasses provided.

The hotel was disorganized and messy. Our room was shabby and in dire need of a renovation. everything in the room and bathroom was yellowed or dingy. The towels were worn amd the shower was old and stained. There was no hot water for a morning shower. I asked for a refund.

No breakfast. Place is older and needs a little TLC but good value and clean.

Good location and budget friendly. Also liked that I could park right outside my room

Could use some updating. My comforter did smell like smoke even though it's an nonsmoking facility and the shower dripped all night.

Good location for price and for walking around town.

Very loud at night, could hear all the rooms next door and above quite clearly.

Downtown location

Overpriced Rooms were smelly (not cigarettes) No exhaust in washroom, room gets high humidity

It was a barely adequate place to sleep.

The heat is not adjustable in the room and it was too hot. The road noise is loud. Smokers are always standing around outside your room. I was awakened at 1:30 by a smoker outside my room coughing up a lung. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst .

Friendly staff, great location.

Paper thin walls and flooring. Could hear everything upstairs as if it were happening in my room. Floor was very creaky.

My plane was late, after midnight, and the hotel left the roomkey in the mail box so zi could just open my room and sleep then settle the bill in the morning.
