First they gave me a room that was occupied and had to go to the front desk to get another key and room. And second the shower was broken.

too many things did not work in the room first time. had to call front desk several times. First the AC thermostat did not work and the AC made too much noise. maintenance had to be called. Next there was no coffee/tea bags in the room - had to be called. they delivered the pack, but it did not have stirrers, had to be called. The light switch to the rooms is unusual. Turning on the switch as you enter the room does not turn on the lights. you have to then go and turn on a table lamp. so if table lamp is off, the light switch does nothing - how is one to know! called front desk and they did not know - maintenance came and explained it.

Spotless clean. Updated nice bathroom. Heater and AC worked. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! My kids loved the indoor pool because the water was heated. Walk in to a large living room space with couch, table, chair, large TV, microwave, and fridge Bedroom was separated which was a plus with another large TV. Breakfast buffet included.

No jacuzzi in the pool area.

We like the breakfast very good.

staff are very rude front desk and specially the chef of breakfast; he is the most rude person I have ever met.

The staff need more training in how to welcoming the guests. The room need more cleaning.

We checked in late, so I asked the next morning for a late check out (not realizing it was already a noon checkout, compared to the usual 11 am) and the guy working at the front desk gave us a 2 PM check out at no charge! Definitely a pleasant surprise!

No complimentary coffee in the AM. The Starbucks across the street was cheaper than the hotels “Bistro”, which served Starbucks as well.
